This comment right here sums this whole thing up. The Sony faithful didn't think they would have to back peddle on power for years to come. Now it was never about the power lol. Also several people keep bringing up Battlefield. It has been stated several times that the frostbite engine has struggled with the sdram on the X1.

I would guess its because they just threw the 3 games on the disc instead of creating a custom interface ala Halo MCC and UC.
It makes it appear more of a money grab.
Do you realize the attach rate, which in case you don't know is how many games are bought per console is the exact same this gen. And last gen the 360 had an almost full game per console advantage. So that either means no one ps4 nor X1 gamers are buying games or both are. I'll let you choose.

I would LOVE to see a Ryse sequel. The game has quite a bit of potential it just needs a really development cycle.

Easy fix, switch to batteries. I have 4 rechargeable batteries for my X1 controller and when the power gets low I spend 30 sec switching them. Plus for some reason the life per charge is like 8-10 days. When I play a PS4 game I have to keep my controller plugged in at all times when not in use so I don't run into a problem.

I think they started development the moment Phil took over. The funny thing is the only thing these moves by Sony and MS show is that consoles aren't going any where which is awesome.

If you read the comment section of the articles talking about the PS4P people are all of a sudden making it seem like power no longer matters. Which ever company has the most powerful console (or will have) fans will always trumpet power, the fans that dont (or wont) will always downplay it.

They have to be working on AI 2. Or at least thats what i tell myself to make myself feel better. Creative Assembly is making Halo Wars 2 right now. But maybe thats a different team?
