The people on this site will focus on the 5%. But that's only the beginning of the calculation made to determine the total profitability of the division. Two other things; MS knew this loss was coming, heck they probably knew it the day they got more aggressive on the X1 to make up market share. And B they are probably ok with it. MS as a whole is up like 20% year over year. The shareholders do not dictate demands to MS.

UC2 was great but my statement is based on the RPG elements, like customization, and upgrading. You literally feel like you're becoming a bad ass.

Graphics do not, nor will they ever be the determining factor as to whether a game has polish or not. I would very much disagree that UC is the "pinnacle" of the genre, you cant play it that safe and be the pinnacle.
Oh we're doing Honorable mentions well in that case I'm going to say Alien Isolation. What a nerve racking game, and set in one of my favorite universes.

Heck yeah it has. If I could change one thing it would be the insatiable focus on graphics. Yes, I believe a game should have good graphics but not at the expense of gameplay.
