fair enough, but i have a ps3. i have batman. i could get assassins creed etc. why would i splash out a few hundred to play those games on wiiu?
this is the problem nintendo faces- it needs 3rd party exclusives, or at least their multi-platform games to be drastically better than the competition.
which as far as i can see so far, isnt the case.
what if they used the augmented reality function to make a hot woman magically dance/strip in your living room when you look at the control pad. she could even get on your lap :O

apart from pikmin, there is no system seller. yes that 101 game looks good, but people wont rush out in droves to buy wiius for it. same with beyonetta 2.
its not a good start. nintendo needs BIG games announced with release dates. its all good having batman and assassins creed etc, but nintendo needs a killer app. one that isn't available on other systems or at least a major game that benefits greatly from wiiu.

those consoles have established user-bases going into the tens of millions. wiiu only launched so therefore its user base will be small. not big enough to make an impact on the charts, which charts the sales of games available to the millions who own ps3/360 etc.

im certainly not defending nintendo. of course in a utopian society we would all have everything for free, there would be no copywrite laws and nintendo would simply being making games purely for the love of it.
