The author speaks as if the slim 360 delivers something spectacular, and considering ps3 slim 250gb version exists their first point is already null.

Trophy information can be accessed at anytime via the ps3, in games, out of games, and even on the PlayStation website. Heck trophy cards on 3rd party sites can even collect your trophy data and display it for you.

A firmware update is just like any other update, its not always there to add new features, but to make what already exists more efficient, more secure or to lay groundwork for other things. The fact that updates come along is something to be happy about because it shows that there is still an active interest in the console.

I'm actually fairly deep into SO TLH trophies and so far the battle trophies and inventing trophies seem to be the ones that are going to take me the longest to get. But yes it is quite difficult and time consuming, not to mention I also need to play it a second time to get the trophy for the hardest difficulty.
I do like the trophy system, it has made me put a lot more effort into doing things in game that otherwise I may not bother with. Sure at the end of the day they mean nothing but I like the challenge it represents.
Though they should think carefully about how a trophy is classed (bronze, silver etc) because there have been a few times that I have come across bronze trophies far more difficult than gold trophies in the same game, and I'm sure I am not alone in this.

Personal preference but I do think Super Stardust HD should be on everyone's purchase list too. Even now its still a good PSN title.

Well the changes can be explained anyway, the first game laid out that groundwork when all was revealed. As for the new look, I will wait for some actual game screen shots or video before I condemn it.
Square Enix is going by the script they re-use, in a few months it will be we want to get on board a remake project and were looking into it. Get the fans excited then have a bitter taste in their mouth when a spin off game is announced again.
Then, we don't have plans for a FF7 remake and repeat.
If its good for SE's bottom line then they would be daft not to do or at least consider it. I couldn't care less about how many platforms its on, as long as I get a decent game when its released I'm happy.

I have long given up on Tales Of Vesperia making a US/EU release which is a shame because I like the Tales games. New PS3 Tales game? I hope so or at least finally a localized version of Vesperia.
There probably is a consideration for a Wii KH game but sorry, 358/2 days is an awful awful DS KH game (at least control wise).
But if they did it, I would figure they may use a control scheme similar to Namco's Tales Of Symphonia: DOANW, with a little SE twist of course.
