That's what my point is. The marketing these days is so blatantly non-creative.

Well surprise for you.... Even Dishonored 1 can be played like that. In fact the amount you kill determines the ending you get.

Sigh* The marketing that people do these days. I mean even Watch Dogs, what's the point in not killing anyone in an 'action' adventure game. In Dishonored it is understandable, a masterfully crafted game, but WatchDogs, is just meh.

It is gonna be alive irrespective lol

I mean, the console games are targeted at a casual audience. When they try to launch on the PCs, they try to appeal to both crowds and end up messing everything. Very few games are able to balance the needs of the PC gamers and the console gamers. I mean look at Fallout 4. For appealing to the console crowd, they removed many of the things that made the game good in NV and 3.

Only those who haven't played it are saying that. And I am playing it. Still better at gameplay, controls good and much better overall gameplay.

Edit: If you are following the game, they are adding many new things in the updates. And optimizing a lot. I remember a few months ago, how tough it was to get into another ship while floating in space, the bugginess. I couldn't get into the diving seat. Now it almost feels seamless. Please SC is far far better than NMS ev...

Looked boring from the beginning. What is this friendship of games with minimal gameplay and the consoles.

3491d ago 0 agree5 disagreeView comment

It just shows that console focused games should be on consoles. There are enough games on PC like this. Refunded it, and got Deus Ex. Playing Star Citizen, thousand times more fun.

Nope.... What's the point of 18 quintillion planets that feel more like 18 planets each repeated quintillion times (Maybe that is an exaggeration), a clumsy inventory, minimal gameplay and a bad PC port. Got a refund from Steam. Maybe will be more worth it when it is on a sale, but for 60$, def not. Getting Deus Ex from the refund.

Edit: The hype was not created, the people had their own version of the game in their heads. I just went in for exploration, but well too mu...

Totally lol. Why pay another 60$ for remastered games that have minimal effort and just put in some more pixels? But well for those who don't get to play on the prev gen, this is a good excuse to show them what made the game better. But I think just like on PC, they should make it free if the people already owned it on the prev gen consoles. Making the owners pay another 60$ is milking and shows the greediness.

And that's why you should keep PS4 games in the PS4 library.

Something similar to No Man's Sky I suppose. The reception it is getting *gosh*

I like to play any game on PC. K&B is my thing really. The only game I'm comfortable with on controller is Rocket League

Finally. Can't wait for the Steam Winter sale lol

So basically the PC version will also change and be different. Nice

I guess I have the PC to run it. It's great that the developers are building the game ground up for PC. I like it

Basically, from what I gather, the game is a 'stranded astronaut' simulator. Well I don't have a problem with that. In fact survival gives a nice blend. How boring would it have been if there was just exploration. It's just like saying Minecraft shouldn't have the hunger bar.

Well unless it's bad port, I don't anyone will mind. Anyways, I don't think Sony has anything to do with this. Sony only funded the project and games like these only please the PC gamers. I think Sean Murray will be happy if it goes througnh well. I'm thinking it'll be one of the most sold PC games. IF they keep supporting the game, then this is going to be in trend for a long time.

You want art?

There are literally thousands of games that depict art and have some sort of gameplay. I also hate run n gun shooters (Haven't bought even a single one of them).

But then there are many games that are art and yet have great gameplay. Abzu and Everybody's Gone, both bored me to permadeath. And there are other genres other than Walking simulators and Run n Gun shooters- RPGs, Puzzles, Racing, Sport, Real Time Strategy, Platformers, and...

Another walking simulator. OK I know The Vanishing of Ethan Carter was a great game, but that game had good content. Everybody's Gone, then ABZU and now this... OMG walking, swimming and now ballet, where is the gaming industry heading.

Of course, they are a console focused developer. Why won't they? On that note, take BioWare as an example, they are pissed.
