And that is why remasters should stick to consoles. Every console thing that has been tried on PC has failed and every PC thing that consoles are trying to do are failing miserably. I think the gaming industry should go back to it's original place and stop spewing money grabbing remasters (I know it's free on the PCs) and start giving us new IPs
And that is precisely the reason games like Journey, The Witness, Abzu etc are successful, right?
There is a difference between price and specs. Do not confuse them.
Forget the multi-utility. These guys haven't seen 60 fps, so well, they speak without experience. Rather not argue with them.
And yet they used an FX-8350, instead of which they should have used some 4th gen i5 which would have been enough to demolish the FX-8350. And seriously, they had a budget of 630$? That's ridiculous for the config. On my own, I could build a 500-550$ similar performing PC. This is just very misleading. PS4-similar PC, nowhere near 630$. At max 550$, that's all.
Gamespot doing this? There is a huge console bias. Steer clear. We know what they did with Overwatch.
Sad to see a franchise so bad, sell so good. But well, it's the samsung effect I think. Samsung has so many phones that when a buyer goes to a store, half the things that he sees are Samung phones. AC released so many titles that they crowd stores irrespective of whether they are good or not.

You are a PS4 gamer and don't know anything about the mods that have come out for PC. The mods have made the game look like the trailers that CDPR showcased at E3.

And the cover based shooting? Over the top cut scenes (Yes I know the latest TR takes many elements from Uncharted series)? Better story narration (Supposedly)? Umm.... You mean Tomb Raider with better graphics, more cut scenes and better voice actors? Sorry, but gameplay is the main reason of why I play games, and hence justify Just Cause as being one of my favourite series. Anyways, U4 does nothing new, so meh.
I don't own a console -_-. I'm a PC gamer and don't like what MS is doing. PS4 Pro, will divide the PS4 owners into two, but it'll not be a huge difference, because Sony is going to keep the multiplayer component locked at a set fps. Now imagine Scorpio which can run games at maybe 70-80 fps and they are being bogged down by Xbox One's 30 fps in multiplayer. MS is going to create a bigger gap between the Xbone and Scorpio users
Every AAA game has been a let down this year, except maybe Dark Souls 3, Doom and Witcher: B&W. I have had the most fun playing games indie games like- RIVE, Copy Kitty, Furi, Hyper Light Drifter, Superhot, Welkin Road, Day of Infamy etc. All AAA games including the ones I have mentioned have had the same old same old gameplay, no innovation. So yeah 2016 is a disappointment for gamers who like innovation. For the sheep, 2016 is a great year, with many generic AAA games to play.
