I was a fan of FFXII because it is just like FFXI Online, but more streamlined. I was stoked for FFXIV until I found out what an abortion that was. Instead of improving upon FFXI, FFXIV was outright garbage. 14 didn't have a freaking auction house for a while, what a major fail. How did they manage to F it up is amazing. They basically have a blueprint ready to be improved upon. Heck, FFXI with improved graphics was enough to make many fans happy.
I miss expansion packs that are actually worth your money instead of disc locked content and all the DLCs they cut out of the game to make you pay more.

You should be because BF3 is missing a lot. BF2 had multiple factions, EU, US, PLR, MEC. Each with different tactics due to their different vehicles and weapons. Each had a memorable battle theme. Now, it is just US VS Russia. How freaking generic. Everyone is a headless chicken in BF3 without a freaking Commander. The Commander is also removed from BF3. Instead of expanding what they have, all the things that set BF2 above and beyond the standard FPS is removed from BF3.

I don't think that is a good idea with upgradable RAM. As much as I would like to have that ability like a PC, it will not be good with consumers. And developers only works with the lowest common denominators anyway. If a certain console *360* *cough* didnt' hold multiplats games back with DVD9, we would have seen bigger games. The stuff they cut out then sell it back to you as DLC is retarded. Just add 8GB RAM to over compensate and future proof it, that is a better investment IMHO. ...

I have all major systems, but I am in no way neutral. One reason is I have limited time. I can play anything, but not everything. That's why I lean towards one thing heavily. That is the PC. The war rages on, I pick the PS3 side because I feel that it is worth my time. My preferences are PC>PS3(Exclusives)>Ninte ndo (Mainly DS games)>360 (Redundant, PC&PS3 do the job much better).
To sum it up:
