It's a really good game, but I really think Insomniac could have done much better with the campaign.. It was just so predictable and nowhere near as good as the first 2. Yea, adding his family gave it a more personal touch, but the story itself really wasn't all that great.

If you haven't bought a current gen console, I think the best move would be to start with PS3. You'll have free access to online play, a huge amount of exclusives to look forward to as well as all the great multiplats, not to mention all the games already released including 2008 GOTY winners MGS4 and LBP and 2009 GOTY UC2, games that any serious gamer should have already played. Not to mention the myriad of other features the PS3 has such as bluray.

I'm on the same boat man. I have all 3 consoles and the two handhelds and so far I've got about 60 Ps3 games, 30 360, 15 wii, 20 PSP, and 20 DS... I look at my shelf and wonder how the hell I spent so much money on so many games, lol. And I think I'm about to snag Kinect from a friend for less than 100 bucks with 3 games included. Just so I don't miss out on absolutely anything.

No, MS simply does not want to open their network, end of story. And seriously, just cause they charge for something that's free everywhere else doesn't give them any more "clout to demand stuff."
They should make it so that anyone who stays in the same area for more than a certain amount of time, say 15 seconds either dies or starts loosing XP. Now that will get rid of campers.

I still think FFXIII2 is partly content they cut out after going multi. There's a lot of stuff they couldn't implement and even with all the stuff they cut out, the 360 version of FFXIII was still pretty bad (from what I played).
Just as bad as the bayonetta discrepancy. Especially the cutscenes, after seeing them on PS3, the 360 version just looked bad.

The ONLY 360 exclusive that has outsold GT5 is Halo, other than that, every other 360 exclusive falls below GT5. See, I can play the sales game to, so go back under you're bridge.
It doesn't suck, it's just veered off from it's roots which kinda disappointed me. It's more of a TPS with light RPG mechanics than the original which was an RPG with TPS mechanics. The third looks like it will loose even more of it RPG roots.
Bungie parted ways with MS and their relationship was even closer. It could happen man, money talks and after finishing off the trilogy, it seems Epic has paid MS back in full. They own the IP and it could very well end up on PS3.
Forza is almost a given as it comes out roughly ever two years, so a 2013 720 release would fit perfect.
Isn't gear 3 the end of the trilogy? Why would they make Gears 4? Maybe a spin-off but I don't think they'll be direct sequel.
What I would love is a prequel game where you're on the front lines during E-Day.

Completely agree. Not only did it revamp the GTA series, it basically launched the entire Open World Action Genre.
And they're loosing money because of their stupid mistakes such as making JRPGs exclusive to 360. Yea, MS probably paid them a lot, but SE lost out on major sales. The Last Remnant, was number 1 on famitsu's most wanted for a long time.
Now, if FFXIII were exclusive, it would have been able to have more content, it would have had SONY's backing, it would have had exclusive hype for PS fans, and it would have sold more. The 1 million sales or so it got from 360 wo...
