Then how is Bioshock: Infinite not on your list?
To me that's my number 1 anticipated game in general.
Dragon Dogma, The Last Guardian, Kindgoms of Amular, and probably XCOM are all for 2012
Here's mine (got brink which I like so far)
1. LA Noire
2. Shadows of the Damned
3. Child of Eden
4. El Shaddi
5. Asuras Wrath
6. Dead Island
7. RAGE
8. Dark Souls
9. Catherine
10. Hunted: The Demon Forge
11. Anarchy Reigns
It's in no paticular order...just stuff that I honestly can't wait for.
I agree haters gonna hate, but more times than not Jim is spot on, and the writing blows ign out of the water...but that's another topic.
Kind of what I was expecting.
People who play Brink thinking there'll be this robust campaign, will be left SEVERELY dissapointed.
While opposed to those who play Brink with multiplayer in mind, and built your character as you progress. That's where Brink speciality lies in. Similary to a MMO, you can't just play Brink and give a review. You have to really dig your hands into this game...
Unfortantly that's where the mix reviews...
You guys are nuts. Almost every game has an embargo for reviews. Portal 2 was the most recent one, and the reviews speak for themselves.
I wouldn't worry about this to be honest.
Personally, I think the game will be in the 79-88 percentile on metacritic. That said it could do worse, which you never know since the Homefront debocale, or could do so go that they are GOTY type scores. Who knows? But if I was betting man I'd bet around 79-88. Anything le...
Awesome if true :)
Starhawk. No doubter by now.
What? No. This game deserves to be a full retail title. If Ubi's smart they'll release it in December when all the big titles have already been released.
Honestly, it might not sell well. But hot damn that art alone is a top reason why this is insta buy for me right now.
Lol. As they say "Haters are gonna hate..."
That is all....
I'm really confused as to why so many people are skeptical of LA Noire? They say there's barely been any gameplay footage, yet if you search youtube you'll find numerous gameplay footage of la noire.
This is ROCKSTAR people. Yes I understand Team Bondi is developing this title. I'm not an idiot. But you have to understand that on the cover of LA Noire is the rockstar label.
That name means ALOT to consumers. I seriously doubt they will ruin there r...
Your acting like Project Cafe will be this AWW shocking jump. It won't. It'll simply be in HD, and equal with the 360 in terms of graphical power. That's all.
Sony, and Microft see no reason to fret. It's just Wii 1.5 for Nintendo.
Wow, sounds awesome.
Has alot of potential from the sounds of it :)
Concept art looks really interesting. PS3 looks like a winner even in 2012.
C'mon Microsoft step up your game!
Your already getting that with David Cage's next 2 PS3 exclusives coming next year...
Runner up goty for me.
Awesome setting
Awesome characters
Awesome, subtle humor
Awesome narrative
Awesome ending
Making it an awesome game
Sure there were some flaws, no doubt. But it was really like an experience like none other. Personally, I found the ending to be brilliant, and very abstract. Have no clue why people hated it. :/
Very nice score. Will defintly pick this up down the line, but till then I'll be busy with,
Brink
L.A Noire
Witcher 2
Dirt 3
Infamous 2
Shadows of the Damned
Alice 2
Child of Eden
An that's all coming in a month-2 month period.
so I guess I'll play it in July when there's pretty much only Catherine, and Serious Sam 3 to play.
It was already confirmed MONTHS ago that there second team is collabarating on a new ip (that should probably be revealed at e3, or gamescon). Many guesses that'll it be a fantasy, fps esq type shooter.
Spec Ops: The Line, and this have no relation?
Kinda confused by this statement.
Capcom said there returning to creating new ips, while at the same time supporting major franchises.
I mean Dragons Dogma looks epic, which is a new ip. Then Street Fighter X Tekken, then Asuras Wrath. Capcom also said they have a few more new ips in the pipeline as well.
So personally I find this statement by Inafune to be a little misjust.
