It's actually great considering it's competed with both the DS and 3DS.
Hopefully with all the games sales that should bring in the west will finally start to get more Vita games. Come on the library is more than 1/3 Japanese exclusives. BRING EM OVER I SAY!
3DS could never handle a game of MMO scale. The Vita is barely able to do it. And I don't think Nintendo will have something that powerful next gen.
Cross-play isn't an option.
I want it to succeed for the mere purpose of a PC port. It's looking to be a great game and it shouldn't be bound to one console. Hopefully those images of Hello Game's whiteboards are true and they're currently working on that PC port.
And the thing is. They've done that. That's exactly what Blood Dragon was. But where are more games like that in which the developer just said "Eh, we trust you. Go nuts."
Sure we'll have our occasional Blood Dragons, Dark Souls and Platinum Games games. But I won't feel better about gaming as my favorite hobby until these kinds of games have a bigger presence in the games market.

To be fair the GTX 660 isn't that good anyways. A GTX480 slightly overclocked can compete with a 660. That card was released in 2010

Yes Sinatra, English Voice Acting is extra. Yakuza games are fantastic and I don't see a hint of Engrish in them.
There are people who want the original Japanese voice acting in their English release of a game. Because English voices are an unneeded extra(Also it isn't as good as Japanese).

If he got real investors. He'd have to deal with them shutting down his games like Capcom. Capcom shut down 3 Megaman games at the same time. He's gone the indie route because he doesn't have to worry about his games being canned.
I prefer games that has voice acting as an audio que. Games like Persona where a character audibly says "What?!" and the text reads "What the hell?!"
I like that. It allows for some voicing to give some life to the game but allows me to read it as well.
