399 and 299 anyone?
good god look at the sony trolls. 4 discs over a 50 hr time frame isnt bad, its not a great or even a good thing but to make a huge deal out of it is rediculous.

by the end of the year i think its fair to expect a 299 and a 399 ps3, I dont know if it will necessarily bring down the 360 but it will definitely boost the ps3 to around 14-18 million sold.
it may be a rental when the games get slow...

exactly. the ps brand has always separated the good developers from the bad ones early on in their respective lifecycles. Only after engines get farmed do these average developers produce games on time. It happened with the ps2 and its happening with the ps3.
I agree, the 360 may sell more than 5-7 million but I do agree about the ps3 numbers, they may even be more. All in all i agree and have been saying that for some time. +bubbles.
I agree it is very close. However, the ps3 has only been out in europe for 11 months, but anywho I do agree that it is very close at this point.
I cannot really forsee a slowdown of sales during high volume times. The US market loves shooters. If KZ2 and R2 actually produces what everyone is promising they may be the games to bring the US market into full swing. Only time will tell, but i dont see the ps3 sales falling off any time soon.

wow. I said if the ps3 outsold the 360 in 2007 it will surpass it in 2008. If it doesnt it will in early 09. Remember folks, the ps3 launched in europe in MARCH.
With all of the heavy hitters ms had they sold 3 MILLION LESS than in 2006. What this tells anyone with half a brain is that the 360 has reached its saturation point. Expect the ps3 to sell around double what it did last year, at least. This xmas we could see the ps3 pass the 360 in sales.
