It seems that Crytek and Microsoft have got a good partnership. Maybe Crytek could make third-party Exclusives for Microsoft in the future(Ryse).
I've been gaming on my console for a year now and I have to say, I prefer using the controller to a mouse/keyboard because of the tactical feedback that controllers offer.
The best thing about consoles is that you just have to insert the disc and play the game(unless you have a PS3, then there will be some installing done).
Ya, I think it's buy the guys who made Dirt. It's a really interesying shooter, but wth there's no hype for this game. The previews haven't been great too since the original head of the game, Stuart Black, left the dev team.
Xbox 360 has quality games like the Halo's, the Gears and the Forza's.
Sony has the quantity but at what cost?
KZ3 the "Halo-killer" just crossed the million mark. Halo sells a million in a week.
Apart from GT and God of War, there isn't any game that can stand up to any of the 360 exclusives.
And BTW Uncharted is the COD of adventure games, so you guys hate on COD and love Uncharted. Contradictory, much?

Halo 4 will probably release on the 360, since many fans are wary of 343 studios. Once the water is tested and assuming Halo 4 is a hit with the fans, MS will release Halo 5 on the Xbox 720.

Seriously, Devs give us some time. We love all of your games, but we can't buy each and every one of them. There's just way too many quality games coming out in such a short span of time!

I think they mean that you will get a physical world map. I'd love any sort of map in a normal edition though.
I really want to buy this game, but there's Forza 4, BF3 and so many other games coming out.
I hate it when devs come out and talk about how their older game was poor and the new game is going to be awesome

Just because a game comes on 3 discs doesn't mean that the console is outdated. LA Noire has a lot of cutscenes and that's why it comes on 3 discs. Graphical powerhouses like Crysis 2 and the upcoming GOW 3 come on one disc only.
The original Xbox had better graphics than the PS2. I don't think Sony will push the grahical barrier with the PS4. They will be cautious and try to reduce development costs to get a competitive price.
There's atleast a 2 second delay when I play online. But no Fifa 12 for me. Maybe Fifa 13 or PES 13
Most of the features are free. The subscription based service will be useful only for people who buy all of COD map packs.
Activision won't charge for multiplayer. $60 for XBL Gold + a subscription fee for COD? Their sales on the Xbox would go down drastically, and Activision knows that. I'd rather play the dozens of other great games that come out than subscription based COD
Only 10 minutes of cut-scenes? I don't think this will be a story-heavy title.
MW3 is going to be locked at 60 fps for consoles. The Graphics do look better and there seems to be some partial destruction in MW3.
BF3 has photo-realistic graphics and full-scale destruction at 30fps, but we don't know if it's going to be locked at 30 fps or not.
If it's not locked at 30 fps, there might be frame-rate dips during large battles.
