Totally agree with "every EA sports title". You need to stop, EA. A new game every year with a few (minor) graphical tweaks and transfer updates for 60$. I'd very much prefer DLC and a new game every 2 years or maybe when you actually need it.

- Better Free Kick system(at least show us where are shooting)
- Better Camera (like the default camera for PES 11)
- Longer replays
- Less cutscenes during subs
- Scouts
- Better Menu UI
True, EA barely advertised Crysis 2. Homefront got a massive amount of marketing and that's why Homefront outsold Crysis 2.

To the Average joe, it's Microsoft and Sony that make games for their consoles and not IW and Activision. They don't visit gaming sites. They just know about games that get considerable advertising space on TV's, billboards etc.

Great Article, I pretty much agree with everything. Diving is something that really needs to be implemented in FIFA. Hate it or love it, it's a part of the game. It will be super-fun if implemented, but since this game has the FIFA tag, it's highly doubtful that diving will ever be implemented in FIFA
The fact that this console gen has gone past five years shows that the 360 and the PS3 have not only lived up to their potentials but also surpassed it.
If the X720 and the PS4 would have been released this year, then games such as Crysis 2 and Battlefield 3 may not have been released on this gen of consoles and we would not get to see the true capabilities of the hardware.
Maybe the PS2 and the Xbox still have some juice left in them, but when the 360 and the PS3 cam...

-That's really not feasible. People are continually downloading stuff off XBL. To mail each and everyone discs in each and every country through the unreliable mail would be too expensive and time-consuming.

I was just playing Reach and the Homefront MP demo like 10 minutes ago. No problems for me.
I was introduced to PES, when I bought it on my PSP in 2008. I really love the PES series and have been regularly playing it on my PC too. For me, FIFA 08(PC) was a really bad game and I jumped ship to PES and played it for 3 years.
But this time I bought FIFA for my 360, because PES still doesn't have 360 degree movement which is a real bummer. I don't want to be stuck in eight directions only.
