It's almost becoming like a habit.
I know Mass Effect is one of Xbox 360's killer app, but still, going head-to-head against GTA IV is not a good idea.
P.S. Ace Combat 6 is set for a November release as well.
Sony fanboys have petitioned for "no Haze for Xbox 360". So maybe the petition works after all.
http://www.petitiononline.c...
In the past I've seen petitions for games to go multi-platform, (i.e., "please make this game for our console in addition to the other console.") However, this Haze4PS3 petition is the first one to keep another console from getting a game, ...
hot cars + hot ladies = winning combo
I bet Killzone 2 is number-one, or at least among the top three.
The number-one must be a PS3 game.
And there are more PS3 games than 360 games.
I feel Halo 3, Bioshock and/or Mass Effect are not even on the list.

that's the killer pricing strategy.
but expect 360 core to drop to $199 before this year's shopping season.
is the Fox News of Sony.
There's a thread about PS3 price cut.
So far, every single post in that thread is saying something like: "$100 price cut is not enough. PS3 is still too expensive. I'm not paying $500 for a gaming console that doesn't have any good exclusives."

C'mon, photorealistic flight sim, customizable and upgradeable air fighters, and multiplayer dogfights for 32 players. Nobody else wants that?
"but i doubt it will sell plenty of systems. because the price isn't a factor for it selling, the games are..."
Really? Care to explain the Wii phenomenon?
and it's PS instead of Xbox that's playing catch-up.
Do you seriously think the $250 price tag has not helped Wii's sales at all?
However, I expect 360's price to drop to $199 before this year's shopping season.
This is a no-brainer move on Microsoft's part: it's killing two birds (i.e., Sony PS3 and Nintendo Wii) with one stone (i.e., a price cut.)
Sony's next move: file a complaint against Microsoft for anti-competitive pricing practice.
The bias at GameTrailers is subtle, but it's there.
So far, GameTrailers is the ONLY site that shows The Darkness PS3 have better graphics than The Darkness 360. ALL OTHER reviews show 360 has better graphics.
$100 is not enough, really.
and the sweet spot for consumers is still $199. That's not gonna change for PS3.
Like PS3. Now people are holding off buying a PS3 because they know a price cut is definitely coming.
How DUMB was it for Howard Stringer - Sony CEO - to tell the press that back in June that a price cut would come this year?? That's just stupid, stupid.
Even if a 360 price cut is coming, Microsoft is not going to let people know about it ahead of time.
Nintendo will win this round!
If Microsoft cuts the price to $199-250 at E3 or before this year's shopping season, then we'll be seeing a whole new ball game.
Rumors and uncertainty of a price cut would only encourage potential customers to hold off on buying PS3.
Does everyone know about how Xbox 360 crashed the PS3 launch party in Paris?
maybe Halo 3 will redeem itself from the beta after all.
... Microsoft really did not talk much at this conference. Nothing about the huge warranty plan. No portable device. No price cut. No Bioshock. No Too Human. No Alan Wake. No Peter Jackson.
They just showed us the games we knew about.
Oh well, we'd just have to wait for Microsoft's own X06 event -- which is coming up in about a month.
