It's perfectly fine that you disagree of course. I admire Rockstar for attempting a different direction for the series, but GTA IV just did not excite me unfortunately. I have absolutely no incentive or desire to replay it. The missions were not really varied and rarely involved something beyond 'drive to x and kill x'
The choices the game presented us with had no moral standing with me, as the characters (while voiced well enough) just didn't interest me and...
Personally, I think IV is by far the worst in the main series. It lacks character, style, or even a sense of humour. It's just dull, drab, boring and depressing. It's just not fun...at all. We play a game and enjoy it, go online and see it's not favored well and suddenly, you start to notice all the flaws and it just doesn't have the same appeal as it once did. It's hard to compare on such a low res video. Both versions look brilliant! Rockstar have made a technical achievement with this game.
You have absolutely no idea of the context behind her clothing. The rips and tears in her pants are mostly due to being shocked and tortured. How can one make such assumptions without even knowing the full story? This is a perfect example of another article looking for hits and to stir controversy.

The point is, Rockstar wanted to tell a story that focused around 3 male leads. It isn't a missed opportunity at all. It was a design choice put forth by the creative team at Rockstar. If they wanted to tell a story that centered around a female, they would have. Lord knows Rockstar are pretty edgy when it comes to pushing the boundaries with it's controversy.
