Honestly, I don't hear it every day. Where I live, if you say it, you get your jaw punched in. I'm from a rural farm area where racism and bigotry isn't tolerated well. It's common sense that we shouldn't spew vile words such as these. Personally, I find it distasteful and lacking in ways of showing ones frustrations with thought.
You can easily throw out another word versus dropping an N-bomb. The radio here? Also has more class than that.
I personally wasn't referring to me. I know quite a few of niche title gamers that actually have been disappointed so far this year.
They've been awaiting titles such as Yakuza Kiwami, Persona, Nier, and even Toukiden 2. It's been stale for some of those folks. For me? I'm delighted about the line-up we've had so far. I can't wait for the Horizon Zero Dawn DLC.
Gotta re-read that, bub. It was a hypothetical statement as some do believe this year has been pretty stale. "If you thought 2017 was a stale year so far, in many ways, you’re probably right."
I've been hearing quite a few people call 2017 stale since it's basically been a year of remasters and remakes thus far. This game was definitely a breath of fresh air in the current atmosphere.
I think there's a lot of potential with Parasite Eve. Square could quit easily turn it into a TPS action-adventure RPG. The Third Birthday had potential, but was held back by being on the PSP. I think if they REALLY wanted to reboot it, the time is now.
The graphics have been downgraded, that isn't a false rumor. Doesn't take away from the immersion though. I'll be giving it a whirl.
I think so. I would like to think that the game will play a lot more like it would without vr.
I actually can't say it is. You're comparing apples and oranges here. I played the QuakeCon 2017 demo several times. My biggest complaint with The Evil Within 2 is that it held my hand in some ways with the green herbs, gunpowder, and its overall appear. If anything, Shinji is definitely trying to outdo the Resident Evil franchise while also borrowing some of the franchises mechanics.
When I got to that portion of the game during the QuakeCon 2017 demo, I almost threw up. That was one of the most disturbing scenes I'd ever seen. I definitely think Shinji and his team nailed the essence of horror survival. It'll be on my shelf right next to Resident Evil 7 this fall.
I'd still choose PlayStation 4. The exclusives list that isn't even out yet has me captivated. Microsoft has only one exclusive coming out next year that really has my head turned and that is Sea of Thieves. They haven't done just enough to convince me that their "exclusives" even exist. If they are talking about PUBG? I've already got that on PC. No need to grab a copy on console.
If they announce some heavy hitters that will get my attention, I...
Ever since they went futuristic, I've not been able to say that I'm excited for a CoD game. The last one that really screamed "play me" was World at War. This will be the first one I pick up for myself. I absolutely loved what I got to play of the beta before heading out of state.
I can't say they made a mistake. It has a lot of potential to this date. I just think they shouldn't have given it a release date as early as they did. I feel they should have waited until Gamescom to say "Hey, we're looking at a Spring 2018 window".
I'd love to see an action-adventure version of Parasite Eve. I think it would be amazing to see such a thing happen.
I had a chance to play it during QuakeCon 2017. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great. I do hope that it will get the treatment it deserves in the games final build. I did a hands-on preview as a press member. My only complaint was that they were using the teleport mechanic where you aim, then teleport, then fight in that manner. Was a bit infuriating at times since enemies didn't have the balls to take me on in large groups. Instead I was constantly fighting 1 on 1. Aggravating...
Very valid point. I think Microsoft could have a chance to do so.
They revealed it. GT Sport PS4
And I got slammed for even stating the plausibility they would do something at PlayStation Experience. A lot of fact was based on the heavy discussion of them working on new projects, but not even being shy about the existence of a PlayStation 5. Won't lie, I will be pissed if they announce a "Premium" PlayStation 4 Pro or the PlayStation 5. I'd almost go to PC if that happens.
I'm holding off. I can't justify it at this point. Sure, I love the idea of the upgraded experience for Anthem, but I can't justify the price difference, even now. If Microsoft announces a HUGE line-up for 2019 or late 2018. I may be on board.
Wasn't the same for me until I switched to a PlayStation 4 Pro. With the Wireless N capability on it, I've had no issues downloading between at 150-200mbps. I think Sony has just recently begun to alleviate any caps, if they had any, from their console.
Soul Sacrifice Delta, not Delta 2.
They got my attention with Detroit: Become Human and Monster Hunter: World. It's such a good time to be a PlayStation 4 owner. I'm a little sad we still aren't seeing anything about the Vita. It's almost like they've forgotten there's still a rather large user base in North America.
