Eurogamer with the click bait headline. Just so everyone knows they haven't made the cars any harder to earn in game and no cars are locked behind paying real cash. Also you can only buy cars that are 2 million credits or less meaning all of the best cars in the game still have to be earned in game. If you don't want the ability to buy them on the store in your face you can even hide the button mentioning it in the options menu. I really don't see this as a big deal. They have bee...
@rdgneoz3 Yes and I said I would prefer they tell us what the content will be or at least an idea. My issue is with him complaining that the content isn't out in 3 months after launch or so. I'm fine with it coming a year later. Shows they are actually putting work into it most likely.
Um have you paid attention to season passes over the years? Call of Duty gives you 4 maps packs over the course of almost 12 months. Uncharted 4's Story DLC didn't release until 14 months later. Bioshock Infinite's Season Pass took a year to release. A season pass doesn't mean you are owed the content during whatever a "season" is in your mind.
Would you rather have a season pass that has content out a month after launch because it was content that was pulled to sell to you separately? I prefer when companies actually work on the DLC after the game releases like this. I do however think they should give you an idea or an estimate on when to expect it though.
This game was announced at the Xbox E3 2013 and it seems like was meant to release every year since. Does anyone actually care about this game at this point?
Day 1 buy. This just might be Platformer of the year if it's anywhere near the quality as the Playroom version.
It's going to be games that were digital only because that's what they do. Pretty much indie games like they are known for.
This wasn't at Comic-Con sooo...
She's actually been this way for years so no she isn't becoming. Go look her up on Wiki. She does tons of voices in games and Anime.
Seems this is a Europe and maybe Australia only thing. There has been no mention of the Spider Man Slim releasing in the US.
Monster Hunter is not a JRPG. Please stop. It has never been classified as that. Just because you're made by a Japanese company it doesn't make you a JRPG.
OK? I never said it was a bad game as it's not. I'm just saying the article makes it sound like this is the first JRPG in forever that has sold well which it's not. NieR Automata, Persona 5, and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 have all released in the past year and all sold better than this. Also it's a given that the game is going to sell well in Japan. Let me know how it sells in other regions before you call it a success. Even 500K isn't otherworldly numbers.
Omg this is not going to be a new console. For one they aren't doing a Press Conference they are doing an Inside Xbox show. Sorry but you don't reveal a new Xbox console on something like that. They also wouldn't reveal it at a Europe event over an event in the US. This will be one of three things: new controllers, mouse and keyboard support and a special Forza Horizon 4 One X.
This is one of three things: New controllers, mouse and keyboard support or a special Forza Horizon 4 Xbox One X. It won't be a new console and it won't be a "slimmer" One X.
I mean you can't get much smaller than the One X already is so I highly doubt it. It's most likely a new controller, mouse and keyboard support or a special Forza Horizon Xbox console.
Eh I don't know if Monster Hunter has ever been considered a JRPG. However their statement is pretty off as in the last year alone Persona 5, NieR Automata, and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 have all made splashes in sales charts.
Sigh..really IGN? Look the game has gotten great scores yes and it is sold out in many places but didn't Square also say they severely undershipped enough copies? I mean why don't you wait for some actual sales numbers before you put out articles with headlines such as this. The only thing we have right now is it was 3rd in the UK last week which even still isn't saying a lot. That could mean only around 20,000 copies which isn't exactly a "hit".
All of these games eventually make their way to PS4 unless they are funded by Xbox. Also notice how it was listed as "Console Launch Exclusive" during E3? Yep just like every other game we've seen with that tagline in the past it will come to PS4 later.
There are just as many big games coming in Jan-March of next year...
Hmm I'll take GT Sports approach over what Forza 7 did any day. Sure you couldn't buy them with real money but instead you were forced to waste your precious time getting enough credits to buy a box only to not get the car that you want. In GT Sport I can still earn the credits to buy the cars I want and never even have to see the micro transactions. Hence not a big deal.
