Don't say this too loud, Nintendo might pull a CaD to "protect the IP and integrity" of their game(s).
Some of the material I wish was in the final build, especially the Dodongo Lair mixup.
I own a majority of these games listed.
The root issue is expectations. Keep expectations in check, and don't buy into hype, or the bandwagon, or social pressure(s). Some will argue "don't release buggy games" and/or "X company said -" which again goes back to expectations - do your research and watch for certain context clues to know if a game will perform as expected.
The second issue I've noticed are people either praising or hating on something because someone else is. Some ...
Tried to read the story but the site blocked me because of ad-blockers. Just giving a warning to those who use ad-blockers on their browsers.
Fallout New Vegas
I agree. The root issue is CDPR keeps setting the expectation to play the game, to only wait till the last minute to keep pushing the game back. The delays aren't the problem, its the expectation and anticipation, to only be told "oh you have to wait again" instead of just saying TBD and leave it there.
I'd say the golden age of gaming is SNES vs Genesis. The PS2 does hold special in the idea of me entering the world of online as well as local tournaments.
If I had the opportunity to ever play BC again, the PS2 library would be my go-to.
The BC with the PS1 made the system so much better. As I said earlier though, SNES vs Genesis was where I learned gaming is more than just a hobby, it's a way of life.
I have this on my wish list on Steam. Can't wait to play it.
Silent Hill 2
I'd buy this game again if it was re-released. One of the only beat em ups by SquareSoft and fun af.
Am I the only one who prefers XI (11) over 14? I've tried multiple times to play 14, and even ran across some decent people while running dungeons, and I still go back to 11. There's just a lot 11 offered that 14 is missing, and 14 also has far too many restrictions when running dungeons and quests for me to even enjoy the game as a whole. As I told some of the player base - 14 is 11 for dummies.
RRoD part 2.
My confidence is with Sony on this because we were able to at least see the inside of the console to know how it's engineered, what/where all the components are, and even how to clean the system. What has MS done lately to show the insides, or at least how to clean the system when needed?
Who cares what difficulty you play a game on?
"Oh you suck because you play a game on an easier difficulty!" However these are the same people who couldn't tell you even half of the story of the current game they're playing.
It's called Smash Bros and it's already available
I'm glad the game is adding new modes to play, and I do plan on trying some of these out now that I beat the game.
I'm surprised they (ND) decided to add these post launch and not initial launch. I'm not speaking from a "well they needed time to test/debug/wasn't thought of" type of mentality, but something to help add to the experience. I hope down the line other games like Ghosts of Tsushima adds something similar.
TY for the theme :D
I gave you a thumbs up
Socom 2 remaster?
"All games play better on Xbox Series X"
I stopped reading the article after that line. Statements like this is one of the reasons why I never looked into the Xbox One this gen; second being the exclusives, and third is the controller. As a gamer, yes I want to revisit some older titles for various reasons, at the same time I want new games/experiences to keep the balance. MS is really good at swaying people into certain buzzwords thinking it's "part o...
Fighting game wise Sega Saturn had the PS1 beat. X-Men vs SF was near arcade perfect while the PS1 version had bad load times and couldn't even cross over. Some would argue the 4 MB expansion, however Sega was smart to think ahead with it.
