A game based on satire, parodies, and making fun of real life gets a censor because of a few loud mouths?
At this point it's people scream and acting a fool just to get their few minutes of internet fame, claiming they shut something down. It's not about right or wrong, it's how far can people push the entertainment industry before things really go south.
And to those who are in actual favor of this, pick up a history book.
My childhood in one massive package. Can't wait!
And a gamer like me who's played all types of games wouldn't be qualified because I don't have 30+ years of college.
Bottom line is until more PS5/XS consoles are available, cross gen games need to stick around. Granted I have a PC that can play current releases, not all games I want to play are released on PC.
I'd like to get my hands on a PS5 at retail price, however until that day comes, I have a backlog and some wishful thinking on new releases.
The reason I left the crossover fighting games is due to the Saturn versions had the actual modes through the 4 MB expansion. Granted the games were Japan only, and a Pro Action Replay was needed, they were as close to the arcade versions. Even the load times were so minimal they almost didn't exist.
I'd also want to add Fighters Megamix needs a return on current gen to show how to properly have a cross over fighting game with various characters so Smash Bros has ...
I do agree with the majority of the list. Here's some games the site forgot to add:
Einhander
Street Fighter Alpha 3
Tekken 3
Rival Schools
This is why a toggle for PvE/P needs to be implemented in these types of games. Maybe then Namco can narrow down who and where the cheating is taking place. And for those who argue "its part of the experience" you're part of the problem right there. It's not about "git gud" or "suck it up buttercup," it's about potential cheaters joining and making the instance less about a fight and more about wasting time because some idiot thought it would be fu...
Until offline mode is added I deleted this game and flat out refuse to buy anymore always online games that don't need it. I bought GT 7 because I'm a big fan of the older games; but this is unacceptable to be forced into waiting 30+ hours over a whole 1-2% of the people who complain about cheating.
And the people who argue in favor of always online; either you're a die hard fanboy of a specific name/series, or you never gamed before the internet became the thi...
April Fools is sure a week early.
Grinding isn't the problem, it's not being able to play offline during down time. Had offline mode was just that - offline, the issues with people playing would be minimal.
And for those who argue "cheating in offline mode to buy cars online," just race with your friends or have races online with specific cars and load outs.
I almost regret buying GT7 because of the "always online" just to even play offline.
I can't wait till I can get my Q2 version. I got the 64 gb version since I can upgrade the SSD once the prices drop and pay less than out the gate.
I'm offended by the author's cultural appropriation instead of basing the game on what's important.
If Xenogears get a redo, PLEASE don't go the random battling route!
Come to think of it, SE could easily make Xenogears as a real-time combat game. Or a beat-em-up hybrid.

Stupid parents.
"Hey! This game looks good, and my child is screaming to play this. I'll buy it to shut them up."
*some time later*
"I'm gonna rant and rave about X game I bought for my 12 year old because..." When the game clearly says M17 or has warnings all over the game. But blame the media/medium and not people who can't spend the extra 10 seconds to read the conte...
I watched the whole 8-9 min video, and you can tell D.M. was talking just to hear himself talk. The submarine comment also made Xbox look bad because of his ignorance involving the military.
I bought the game with realistic expectations and wasn't disappointed. If a Bethesda new release can get a second-life, this game is no different; or any game for that matter. I'll go back to the game after this big patch because I ran out of things to do.
Is there a futanari version? Asking for a friend
If it's 500~ hours of actual, varied, and fun game-play, 500 hours is an experience. If it's 500~ hours of the same 4-5 type of quests, unnecessary grinding, and/or time restricted quests, you can keep that garbage. Traveling can be debated, and is this 500 hours from start to completing the entire game, or 500 hours of just story only?
The hardest game I ever played. The first time I beat this game I should have won an award.
IF history repeats itself;
More hype = disappointment
