I saw this one coming.
Without good gameplay and lasting appeal, a great graphics score (even though it was only a 7.5) just isn't enough to propel a game to the next level anymore.
Sounds like this is a game I will rent next year or buy when its around $20.00.
Yes it did. Quite a lot actually but I bought the disk and I have yet to see any lag much less any freezing.
Its a great game and anyone on the fence about it shouldn't listen to this freezing report because I have yet to see it happen.
I only have my experience to go by.
I bet it will come to the US someday.

For the most part, with the PS3, my experiences with the PS3 have been very few ni--a this and ni--a that kinda talk (thank god)
I can think of only once that I have heard that kinda talk. (tonight actually, during R:FOM)

Seriously, 2K dropped the ball big time.
While Madden has had its problems in the past I hate to admit it but Madden 08 is the better of the two by a long shot. 2K did absolutely nothing for me compared to Madden 08.

I have a PS3 with 5 Blu-Ray movies (I bought 4 of them, one came with the PS3) and two HDTV's (one 32" and one 42")

There is only online play.
You can do split screen with up to 4 other people playing on your PS3 but it is still online through the server but you can set up the server using your own PS3 (meaning your PS3 is the server)
You can also set up a game and make it where you are the only one in that game. Its a great way to practice with all the different vehicles in the game.
If this isn't right someone please correct me but I believe ...
I was in the beta and I was totally impressed at how much fun it was.
I have three pre-orders.

I only played one game with my PS3 version so I'm not sure if this will happen on the PS3 or not (I hope not) but I don't think I would get that angry if it did happen.
From the one game I did play, Madden 08 (yes, even the PS3 version) is way better than 2K sports big pile of crap football game.

Have you played it?
If its true (I'm not so sure at this point in time that it is) but if it is, this is more important than the PS3 impact on Blu-ray.
This would actually mean the average Joe is buying players. If thats the case, consider this thing over now.
