Wow in 7 months since its reveal at E3 you're telling me Nintendo still hasnt made progress on the console? Don't wait until E3. Give us a bone like a trailer with actual gameplay footage or something, not a port with Xbox 360 trailers. We need more info. A price point or release date at least. Don't make us wait until E3
I hated mmo's but this game had four things going for it:
1) it had the star wars franchise backing it (a universe I am familiar with when it comes to planets, politics, weapons, etc)
2) BioWare was making it (one of my favorite developers)
3) they promised that even though it was an MMO you can complete the game by yourself with just your companions (I have yet to join a party or guild and don't intends do)

God of war iii was about 10 hours long. So you paid on average $6/hour.
Skyward sword is about 40 hours long (main quest). So you paid on average $1.50/hour.

Famistsu hands out perfect scores like candy so I don't think it will be a perfect game. But i loved the paradigm shift in the first game, and the acquiring of monsters, adding in towns and NPC's, time travel, and multiple endings, and of course, non-linearity of the game make me want to pre-order this game now!

Where in the heck do you did you find the time and money to do all this? I have played maybe 75 games this gen for pc, wii, 360, 3DS, and PS3, and maybe half of them were gifts. I buy like 5 games a year for myself, the rest is presents and such. Even if I had the money I wouldn't have the time withi school and a full time job.

I dont understand how this works? Will ea then not be able to release games for wii u that use online servers because valve is a competitor? Or will the wii u's network just look like steam and steam will host all the game servers? Or will it be Ike how the ps3 and steam have connectivity? Will we have to make multiple accounts for each publisher who releases an online game, or will we have 1 unified gamer tag?

Skyward sword is great but i enjoyed the n64 games more. Why?
1. I want realistic Zelda. No more Zelda with cel-shaded graphics, save those for the 3DS.
2. The orchestrated music was a fresh change, but there are no remember able soundtracks for me. Indeed we hardcore gamers are the lifeblood of the industry, but us core gamers aren't buying enough hardcore titles to keep game developers financially stable, so they sell casual games to help them stay afloat. That was the point I was trying to make. Nintendo and apple introduced a whole new audience to gaming, some will convert to hardcore gamers...
Yeah that's what pretty much happened with the Wii. Some developers had low selling hardcore games and opted to go for the casual games and gave up the hardcore.
The only developers that made hardcore games for the Wii besides Nintendo were:
Ubisoft
EA
Capcom
Sega
High Voltage Software
Ubisoft never had a problem but what about other developers? Smaller ones? Why risk funding a new IP that might flop if you can make a cheaper casual game that can generate more money? Then you can use that money to make a more hardcore game.
Ubisoft Montreal makes the assassins creed games lol, but Canada had nothing had nothing epic happen in those times lol.
