All links have been fixed, and I believe by the next podcast we'll be on a proper system. Sorry for the confusion.
Unlike the iOS/Andorid version which is actually a different app (PlayStation app for mobile vs PS4 Link for PSVita), there's no solid date.
Shuhei simply stated "before the PS4 launch".
Games put on PlayStation Plus for "free" are done so through a buy-out of sorts, Sony doesn't pay any money per download to the publisher/developer.
I agree; it seems if you can remote play a game it's automatically Vita news - it doesn't even matter if the article mentions Vita.
This section is going to get out of control come launch.
It's possible they just don't want to trust their games to anyone but their own people - that's a common practice in a lot of media fields.
That said, I agree; that's a weak excuse when you're getting worth-while offers. Good point.
Might be a good idea to hire some more staff then.
Vita versions and the localization of the Tales games in general are often requested to no avail - and they'd sell like hotcakes.
I am a member of PlayStation Plus in NA - still haven't got one. Doesn't really matter though, as I had other means of acquiring one... but it shows how behind SCEA is in the emails/contact department.
So tired of hearing people ask this question.
People who play casually will play with their smartphone 'cause it's cheap, people who want a true gaming experience won't.
Enough said, stop posing the question.
SCEA is always a bit disorganized when it comes to emails - didn't get mine either.
That's odd. If it's an issue besides traffic it might be fixed later this week - we're making some changes that should alter how the site loads.
If you're unable to access the site due to high traffic, you can listen to the podcast directly at; https://soundcloud.com/thev...
The site won't actually "go down", but the server is being slammed pretty hard so it's slow right now. We apologize for the inconvenience guys - we're working on ironing out traffic issues ASAP.
I'm with MultiConsoleGamer.
I've played my Vita almost every day since I bought it - running the battery down twice a day sometimes.
You haven't played yours in a month; I've barely stopped to type this.
Haha.
Ad hominem.
Enough said.
Oh? So you don't have a Vita and haven't played Killzone Mercenary, but claim some random phone game is better? Good luck with that - I'm laughing just picturing you whipping out that Moga controller and trying to play those games in line.
What a ridiculous comment, Jeff. You're no gamer playing 5 minutes at a time - you're a time waster.
It's possible, though we're pretty sure this is the new Persona teaser site; http://p-ch.jp/
Sega is Japanese, so though it's Kanji it's not read as "Chinese" (Mandarin/Cantonese).
If you really think phones are going to stick around you're crazy. In a few years time most conversations will be either video chat or on a service such as Skype. Phones will be obsolete when you can Skype someone on a better portable device over wifi/4G ubiquitously - people are moving that way now.
"Smartphones" are a lot less phone and a lot more internet devices these days - I haven't had a phone conversation in over a year.
That's what a PSVita is for. Playing Angry Birds is hardly gaming - I'll be playing Killzone Mercenary in line and laughing at you.
Check back tomorrow, we're optimizing our server and fixing issues right now. :)
