I don't care if it makes me an otaku, I want.
Wrong; it's marketing.
Great article!
I'll see you out there, guys!
Who cares, they've both got their place in the market.
I fail to see how programming the enemy AI to commit suicide in order to hurt you is intelligent AI - wouldn't the intelligent thing to do be to take cover and whittle down your health from a distance? This is what beings with real intelligence do to the harder enemies in video games (ie; bosses), so shouldn't that be the more intelligent route?
Knowing quite a bit about AI and computation/coding, I have to say that if you're looking for a remotely human-level in...
Already knew it, but nice to have the affirmation.
Great review, Charlie!
Unfortunately, I haven't played VLR yet (it's sitting in my backlog) so I can't speak to a comparison.
As for how long the game is, it took me ~24 hours to complete the main story mode on the medium setting - though I read pretty fast.
Europe likes to release big games with retail releases on Fridays for some reason, while the US/Canada releases usually conform to the same date as the digital store updates (Tuesdays).
Sucks, but it's probably SCEE's fault for setting the "rules" over there.
If anyone has any questions about the game, feel free to ask. Though I won't spoiler, I will do my best to answer anything asked.
I've got nothing against the dudebro or hardcore gamer, but the best kind of gamer is the one that doesn't give a shit about labels or titles, and just enjoys gaming.
I am a gamer, and I don't give a shit how you want to twist that, since I'll be over here... gaming.
A lot; usually I'm bouncing between games I only need a few trophies to complete, new games, multiplayer games and favourites. In a one week span I probably get at least an hour in of ten different games.
Lol, that's like asking "apart from its value, why do you like money?"
One of the better PSMobile games, despite the janky translation.
I'd love a Ys game for PS4, but at this point I'll take any decent RPG they're willing to throw our way.
I agree with you regarding physical copies completely, I think most people shy away from certain games because they're either interested in a displayable collection, don't know they exist (some people are still store-goers who avoid/don't know about digital) or don't have the memory card space.
It's one of those things they could do to spread the word about great games on Vita, especially if Sony instigated a "sell x amount of digital copies and we...
I both disagree and agree with this article;
I agree with the fact that a lot of DLC adds no real replay value to the game and comes too late for most to jump back in, but there's also DLC I felt I NEEDED to buy - so I disagree with such a blanket movement.
Some great examples of this are the Gravity Rush DLC (PSVita) and the Ridge Racer DLC (PSVita). They not only added replay value, but changed the way I viewed the game by giving me much more than a ne...
Completely agree; kudos to Guerrilla Cambridge for supporting their product.
