If you care so much about graphics and high frame rates get a PC - easy. Most X1 owners realize its not as powerful as a PS4 anyway so this isn't news to them anymore.

Really that's the best logic. I have no loyalties with any machine. I have a PC for multiplatforms and PC games and will buy whatever console if it has an exclusive I want.
So far neither have any I want any but ill probably get a X1 just for Forza 6 and a PS4 for No mans sky if it does t come to PC.
One things for certain. Neither console can brag about resolution or framerate. Both fall short of what was expected this gen.

It seems this list is bogus. They didn't actually measure the frame rates themselves to see what they are really running at. They've just copy and pasted what the target frame rates are.

The problem with thin gaming laptops is the GPU's are soldered onto the motherboard. If one needs to get a gaming laptop best go for a laptop with MXM GPU's like Sager/Clevo, Alienware and some of the MSI's
Anyway that's what I did. Upgraded from 7970m CF to 780m SLI. My lappy is 2 years old and still as current as anything out today.

I wouldn't be surprised if this came to PC at all. I'm a PC gamer 1st so I'll say that's good news. However the sheer hype of this game is actually turning me off.

Yep, the importance of a strong CPU has been overlooked with the sheer amount of linier games on the market today.
That's a big reason why WDs ran like ass on the consoles.
There's no hope in hell this game could run on one of the consoles unless it was downgrated to a shadow of its former self. Heck even high end PC's are going to be pushed to their limits.. finally.

$599 for a 4K 32 Inch monitor now. I don't have one but that's less than I paid for my 1080p TV which I game on.

I have a PS3 and 360 too but they are totally separate machines - did they join a coalition because PC is threatening them or something? lol

I switched back to PC and have a hard time finding a compelling reason to pick up a PS4 or X1. Doesn't mean I won't but PC seems to be too good by comparison this time ...

Ive noticed really average games seem to get a whole lot of hype on consoles until fanboys start believing its the second coming.

Take a random PC game Killing Floor 2, then imagine it was coming to a console. Could you imagine the Hype that would surround it. Yet PC silently sells from word of mouth. The numbers are are really starting to show.
