Easily a 9 for me. Not to mention 0 bugs and day 1 patches.

Wow...troll much or what..? You come across pretty jealous
@LilMassacre
Go for it. My consoles take a back seat ever since I did my build. Best thing I did.
It's not like you have to choose either or. Go play it. It's good.

You mean like certain groups avoid talking about monthly subscriptions?
Cool story though. You're being called out.
What PC did you get 2 years ago for $1000? We'd love to know. I call BS from looking at your comment history.
Look how many copy & paste "PS4 IS A BEAST" spam troll comments you've made. Lol
..nice try...
As predominantly a PC advocate I'll give credit when credit is due. It looks fantastic.
I think the Ambient Occlusion is been shaved a little if I was to nit pick but overall it looks extremely comparable to E3. I'm hard pressed spotting any downgrade worth complaining about.
This is something Ubisoft and other devs need to do and as gamers we should hold them accountable for. Release the game as visually advertised from E3 demo's. It's the ethical thing ...
I'm the biggest Forza fan. But Project cars is better than Forza Apex in my opinion. Forza needs modding.
Nvidia were being clever with marketing. Gotta read the fine print people. It's 50% faster in VR applications. Just like that said 1 x 1080 = 2 x 980... same again.. in VR applications.
1080 is about 25 - 35% faster than the 980ti.
I hate to be a party pooper...
I got the same setup as you. Getting beyone 120fps is a challenge. At this point you often start benefiting from a highly clocked CPU. Check to see if your GPU is anything less that 98% usage during your game (with vsync off). If so it's sitting on it's arse waiting for your CPU.
Only in VR solutions. The Nvidia marketing machine got me there too. I was guttered to discover this.
Pascal is basically Maxwell with a node shrink. Very little IPC improvements. Unfortunately it's still lacking a little in the A-Sync department too. Pascal was already on it's way for them to re-engineer it. Tesla should have A-Sync that competes with AMD.
I hear you though. I'm a 980ti owner and pretty disappointed with the 1080 so far. It's only really about 35% faster at absolute best. I wish it was 50% like this article says. It's still not the real...
All the disagree's.. wow.
It's true though. The benchmarks have shown the 1080 only to have a 15% improvement over an overclocked 980ti. Let's say you can overclock the 1080 around 20%.. that's only a 35% improvement.
I wish it was a bigger jump. I'll be waiting for the big die.

Evidence . See...
They're all pretty good to be honest. I'd give my vote to Project Cars on PC after the update.
It's pretty damn good. Honestly though. Project cars after the updates has the edge on PC in my opinion, and it can go beyond 60fps which is nice too. Not to say Forza 6 Apex looks shabby or anything.
Its great having Forza on PC
You're right. It's likely to be 1080p @60fps then perhaps upscaled to 4k. It won't be 1440p as it scales terribly to 1080p or 4k and isn't worth the hot unless it's on a native display (no TV's) or upscaled to 5k (again no TV's) . 4k blu ray playback is a definite.
And.........how is that a bad thing for the consumer?
What is it's people like me who have a gaming PC and PS4?
Running scared? lol wtf
The 1080 officially runs at 8.2 TF and is only 22% faster than a Titan X. Making it only 25% faster than a 980ti.

VR improvements is where we're seeing the massive gains. But otherwise not worth upgrading for people who already have a 980 ti or a Titan X.
I've got a 980ti so I'll try and sit on my hands until we see Pascal big die.
Nice video here if you want to dive into the technical details rather than the PR numbers.
