Give us cross chat for petes sake already. Its really not fun setting up a team based game like Bad company with no pre-room party chat. Is quite a head-f#@k just doing it with 2 people in RE5. Party chat on 360 is the sh!t and as soon as PS3 has it the sooner ill start buying multiplayer bias games for it.

Dam, Still no cross chat. Im still using my 360 for chat while playing RE5 co-op on ps3. Yes, im aware that ps3 uses chat but it's only usable once all parties have loaded up the game. Its frustrating and time consuming trying to set up large games ie Bad company with no party chats.
Why didnt I buy RE5 on 360? I dont care what anyone has to say but I often compare same games on both platform. Lighting and Colour is always MUCH better on ps3. Try comparing the new 1942 (ill rest my case...

GT5 wont be on PC. Simply as that. Its Sony's pride and job in exclusivity. Besides that the entire game in engineered around the PS3 hardware. I cant imagine too many pc gamers crossing their fingers for this title either
Im actually not convinced quite yet by the gameplay footage. Looks pretty but I just dont know. Ill need to download the demo first or read about credible score in the gameplay department

Runs pretty dam well online to me.
So while you might be right about fighting games in general. It isnt so for Tekken.
I'm totally up for cross chat. Its annoying mess trying to organize a match with your mates otherwise. 360 did this well. Im patient with the PS3 as its free. But my patience is wearing thin

I have to disagree with the lag part. PS3 has no lag as and its good to see 64 player online - the way it should be (im still waiting for a real battlefield for consoles)
However, PS3's private chat is crud as I still can't be done during or cross games like 360. Invites are painful. It pisses me off and it's 360's saving grace until PS3 can sort it the f$#k out.
Fingers crossed its not too many updates away. I say a few because I really don't see it being the next one.

Being a PS3 and 360 owner. Im all for it coming to PS3. But I can understand Valve not wanting to do a port or rebuild for ps3. PC coding is their forte. If you really wanted this game you would already have a 360 or PC anyway. Trouble with Valve is they have upset alot of people not making this next edition an update.
