pretty sure its now able to run Demon's at 60fps now. As i remember performance was quite bad at times on PS3 with drops from the locked 30 into the twenties and even teens. Emulators are never truly perfect that being said.
sounds like a problem on your end. go into your nvidia control panel resolution setting and turn rgb from "limited" to "full". Also make sure you have a true hdmi 2.0 cable.
With the mixed reality headsets coming soon. yes. They are more accessible to the mainstream consumer with Xbox1x support easier to setup and cost less than Vive and Rift. I own a Vive and love it but I know it has a big barrier to entry.
4k30 is not impressive. 4k60 is impressive but not as game changingly impressive as 1440p165hz. This is just my personal opinion from my daily experience with both 4k60 and 1440p165fps. High framerate makes games more enjoyable to play and experience. It just does.
Probably wait for ice lake. That 6yo i5 2500k is still able to hang on. Playing Dark Souls 3 maxed out in 4k@60.

Well it is ASSassigns creed. They are terrible and souless games that always have bugs and performance issues. This is no suprise at all.
Wow. They intentionally bottlenecked it on PC. A 1080ti@8k60 was only using 65% of its gpu with dips to 57fps. Theirs no excuse for this. 100% on a single core is just a sign of shtty optimization. MS is caught low balling PC yet.

This game is only out on console right now due to corporate greed. They wanted it released now to capitalize on Xmas sales. Early Access is a mistake for the console market where the average joe expects a finished product. The video games industry need standards to protect consumers from this kind of crap.
