Right now it's $15 on Steam for the digital upgrade if you already own the original.

Comes with all the DLC too which makes it worth it IMO.

The offer runs through October 30th.

As a DK2 owner myself, AI is a must buy title now that native VR support has been discovered.

Ubisoft is on everyones sh## list. After the Watchdogs E3 version being gimped and now this 900p gimp they seem to be great at making their games worse, rather than better.

Far Cry 4 is gonna be a wait and see title.

Publishers like this are really doing a number on consumer confidence.

Fanboys protesting over a 180p "gimping" L0L.

You guys really need to take a step back and reevaluate your life and the reasons you game.

I discovered an awesome trick around using a keyboard for a lot of shooters.

I'd just use my PlayStation Move Navigation controller for walking and running instead of a keyboard. It works wonderfully. They can be found for dirt cheap now too.

Either plug it in via usb or Bluetooth and it and the PC automatically recognizes it as a DS3 controller(the left side of one anyway).

Next you use a program Xinput wrapper that a lot of people...

Console gamers whining about their 30fps game need to go and b$$$h about it on another thread.

This is an article on PC texture settings NOT console framerates.

You should build your own if you take "the plunge". Its far more satisfying. You actually feel more of a personal connection to it than you get with a console or prebuilt pc. The experience you get out of it is very rewarding and unique. Taking pride in your build is something that's truely special about pc gaming.

Built my first gaming PC in spring of 2012 and haven't been happier. Up until then I was console only.
If you want the best possible gaming experience, there really is no comparison. More choices. Cheaper games. Better hardware. Free online. Better framerates. Better Resolution. Better gameplay for FPS with a mouse.

This whole buying games over again every gen of consoles got old for me. Since that Sony wants to charge for online play now it kinda lost it edge th...

"The game will not be released on eighth-generation consoles such as PlayStation 4 or Xbox One.However, it will be released on other consoles such as Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.As porting The Pre-Sequel to next-generation consoles would require rebuilding the engine (and thus defeating the purpose of retaining the engine used by Borderlands 2), developers instead targeted the game to the same console platforms that previous installments in the Borderlands franchise were released for.&quo...

It looks blurry on X1 because it doesn't display in a native resolution. You get what you pay for. PC all day er day.

Why pay for two $400 consoles and both their subscriptions for 5 or so years just to have access to a few over-rated exclusives? That's just foolish, kid.

For that amount you can build one PC that plays all it's games in 1440p@60fps today, buy cheaper games over the long run and play online for free.

I used to prefer physical. Feels good having the case in hand.

That said, physical games are a shell of what they used to be. Now we have mandatory installs, day one patches, online only, bareboned dlc'd games, and getting ripped off with $5 trade-ins. Plus I and a many others have had their consoles' optical drive fail on us.

I feel you. What needs to be addressed is the spec recommendation system. It's not very specific and is causing consumer confusion.

The publishers for all we know could be referring to 4k when they state ultra requirements now.

Better luck next-gen, I guess.

BS. They aren't powerful enough to run at a stable 60 so devs locked em at 30.

The "multi-billion dollar dev" is Valve.

Get a 980. Newer tech with lower power consumption, new software features and a really good performance boost over the 680. This is coming from a 670 SLI owner.

I can tell you SLI has its caveats as not all games take advantage of it and it increases heat and power costs as well.

Wait for their consumer version Rift. I have a DK2 and it's pretty mind blowing. The new prototype Oculus just demonstrated this week is a step beyond that. There's still things that need to be ironed out still.

My suggestion is wait until the full release then buy that and a high-end graphics card to power it. By then there will be full fledged games to play and higher power hardware to drive the suckers.

Yup. I just finished it on PC. It's like RE4 with slightly better controls and NPC AI(I'm looking at you Sheva).

I liked it better than RE5, haven't played 6 yet but I hear that's the worst one of the bunch.
