Except for this time, it isn't a joke.
9/10 Overall (a really great game especially at the $20 or less for complete editions)
6/10 Story (forgettable for sure)
9/10 Graphics (really fantastic on 4K/ultrawide maxed out)
8/10 Gunplay (it was pretty good)
9/10 movement and traversal (they've nailed it)
8/10 tombs/puzzles (oddly paced, some too few, some too hard, it's hit or miss)
8/10 facial animations
My two least favorite things in the normal RPG or action-adventure are stealth components and anything where you lose your abilities or weapons for some reason.
I don't like stealth in games that aren't stealth, but I always despise every game that takes away your abilities or skills or weapons for some forced story reason. I don't care how legitimate it is, I hate them and find them unfun, which is the opposite reason why I've played video games for 35 year...
4K 60 for absolute starters, cross play everything everywhere, FULL BACKWARDS COMPATIBILITY FOR PS4.
They are going to give out 26 free games a year, and if the ones they gave out already are as high quality, then we are in for a treat. They will basically rival Playstation/XBOX free monthly games, except they are truly free.
If you can't do horror games, just play it on easy mode, because the story and atmosphere were top-notch, but the gameplay from the monsters was just ok. Skipping it still gets all the story!
It was the most polished and tight combat I've ever experienced. It was the culmination of many games over a decade in the action-adventure-RPG genre, and it perfected it.
There is NO WAY YOU ACTUALLY PLAYED THE GAME. Zero percent chance.
We all know the character control is poor and the gunplay is comically bad, but the world, characters, story, and realism are 10/10. I would give it a 10/10 just like The Witcher 3, even though both had some minor flaws. Sometimes a game does some things so exceptionally well that it overshadows shortcomings.
I had more FUN with Spiderman than God of War (which had the best combat I've ever experienced in a game) or RDR2 (which had the most believable world ever), and even some of my all-time faves like Witcher 3 and TLOU and Persona 5 weren't as FUN as Spiderman.
I'm not sure exactly why it was so fun, but I did love Ratchet and Clank, it just seems like Insomniac put everything they'eve ever learned together for a truly legendary masterpiece.
Fortnite should give 88% of all proceeds (gross, not net) from the sales of dances to their originators, same as they do for game creators. #logic
Migos came up with the dab, so they can sue for it.
People pay $10-$20 for Fortnite skins.
This is good news, and I don't own an XBOX. I think the value proposition it makes is fantastic. If I had far less money, or far more kids, or couldn't build a PC, these services where you get both a lot of old and recent good games, plus the new games on day one - that's a good deal.
I don't want it personally, but I'm glad it exists, gives us options, and will hopefully spur creative competition.
I loved the story. Absolutely loved it. The sci-fi explanation side was 11/10 and the tribal stuff was 7/10. But even 7/10 is pretty good, especially for the open world genre. And, to me, the sci-fi part carried the water.
I used to play it years ago but I want all-offline season modes and absolutely no microtransactions. I won't buy any sports games with microtransactions, which means I will never buy one again in my life. Oh well. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
Resident Evil 2

Now, you can just disagree with the list below.
Like no The Witcher 3? That NG+ was great, changed the flow a lot. No God of War? Puh-lease.
Terrible list. I'm sure there are many more you could add.
It is the best BR I've played, and I've played many and seen almost all on Twitch. It is everything everyone wanted out of PUBG, but way better.
First, I love Origins and Odyssey.
They basically took the Assisn's Creed idea and redid with a heavy Witcher 3 inspiration and went all-in on RPG elements.
I like Odyssey better because it is even more of an RPG and improved, imo, in every way from Origins.
Kassandra is my favorite in Odyssey and overall. I love her sassy attitude and the different wants to take conversations. It's not full-on Bioware or CDPR, but it's a ni...
Worst comment of the year. This game is exclusive to the PS4 platform regardless of where the character appears in comics or movies, which are other mediums. This is the dumbest thing I've seen on the internet in a week and I live in America.
I post something similar on every article like this:
I want an easier difficulty due to my age and time constraints. It is a single player game and the easier difficulty affects you none, and does get them $60 more in their account. I see absolutely no downside to different difficulties. None. It opens the door to more gamers, more money, and more sequels. I wanted to like Bloodborne due to the graphics and world, but I wasn't going to spend that time. I like to go thro...
