I love the new direction of Assassins Creed. Thought Origins was by far the best yet, and it clearly learned a ton from the Witcher 3, and sent some glances toward Horizon.
I really didn't like the always online, forced PvP, and lack of NPCs.
Slipspace engine looks phenomenal. Betting 2020 or 2021. Next Gen starts in the fall of 2020 almost definitely.
It was a solid 8/10, and that is with barely any true exclusives. They had an enjoyable conference, even for someone like me who doesn't play Forza or Gears or sports games. They needed this one, and I'm glad they got 5 studios.
Next gen is now most likely November 2020 after the mention of the next XBOX and Bethesda mentioning next-gen for Starfield, which makes sense to come out 2 years after Fallout 76.
Grats to MS. They desperately needed some studios.
What a great sale. Been looking to replace my last remaining discs as I went all digital on PS4. Went all-digital on the Switch with a 200 GB card and loved it so much, I did the same thing on PS4. Never looking back.
This is absolutely standard practice in video games. Most of them, one year after release, in a complete edition, for $40 instead of the $60+. And, when it goes on sale, $35-$30 is common for games many people passed on at launch, and all fully patched up and DLC'd out. It's good for gaming and for you.
I love all the words - "turn-based" "RPG" "non-linear" "story-driven" "tactical"
I put God of War definitively in the top 10 games ever, and I have no doubt that this statement is true. They will learn and improve for the sequel, and it will be astonishing.
I've played over 250 Fortnite games and never one time used voice chat. Do just fine, even in random squads.
Is the person who wrote this 10 years old or an SJW? DO es this person also disapprove of HBO? Every R-rated movie? What a prude. I'm an adult and a parent. Here's an idea - just don't watch it or play it. Problem. Solved.
Wife watched me play the whole thing and loved it. It was amazing, save for just a few QTE where the controller needed to be moved sideways quickly (maybe 1 minute of the whole game).
Tyler Perry's Blueballs corp will lose.
This is the biggest scam in gaming history, as others have said.
Again, I am a science teacher. I absolutely 100% accept the Big Bang and evolution. In my interpretation of things, God created the universe and set the laws. We were given free will because without free will we can have neither love (nor evil). We did, FOR ABSOLUTE CERTAIN, descend from a common ancestor (basically a proto-monkey), as we are primates and share something around 98.5% of the genetics.
I would never ever force my religion or anyone else's on anyone at sc...
I am deeply religious (Christian), but also a science teacher and completely 100% accept evolution and the Big Bang, and only really have a problem if/when a game would go out of its way to disparage a particular religion.
And for anyone saying science is a religion is flat-out wrong. Science uses a repeatable method to prove things.
Again, nothing I have ever seen in science contradicts my trust/love of God. The Bible is the inspired, but not literal, w...
It made it's way into my top ten games of all time. It's right under my pantheon of The Witcher 3, Breath of the Wild, The Last of Us, and now, God of War. It was amazing from start to finish and I'll never forget it.
An excellent story and the best BR mode on the planet.
1. It was an ok game with a decent plot and mediocre gameplay.
2. It's on PC
I love Sony and their exclusives, but this is asinine and I wish it were illegal.
