So pumped. I had so much fun over 100+ hours in Odyssey and loved Origins as well. The Witcher 3 inspired overhaul was exactly what I personally wanted out of the game.
I am a gamer and I have NO problem with Epic exclusives, Sony Exclusives, or Nintendo exclusives. I have no problem with all the launchers. I think a game like Tarkov having its own launcher is fine.
I support Epic when it benefits me. And I have claimed every one of the 73 free games over the last year, made a few purchases (not on Fortnite, actual games), and am glad Steam has real competition that GOG didn't offer with its size and uPlay and Origin didn't offer ...
I absolutely love my Elite 2, and I do not own an XBOX. I only use it on PC, and I, of course, have the must-own app for it to customize the paddles and do way more than the stock Microsoft app.
YOU MUST GET reWASD. It's amazing. I usually put F12 and PrintScreen on two of the paddles for Steam and Nvidia screenshots. Usually something else for the other two paddles.
Well needed, very thoughtful balances, compared to expansions that seem like they weren't playtested for even one second. Design and pre-testing is horrendous over at Blizzard Team 5, but the nerfs and balance changes have been good for past year or so.
I am a PC, PS4, and Switch owner. I have PS+, Nintendo Online, Humble Monthly, and XBOX PC Game Pass.
Despite NOT OWNING AN XBOX, I STILL THINK GAMEPASS IS SUPERIOR.
The XBOX PC Game Pass is awesome. I got it for 3 years for me and my wife. We love that it gives us all the MS exclusives and tons of other games. I like that I can try some games that I otherwise wouldn't have bought, and to get some AAA titles in the mix (Outer Worlds, Halo MCC, Sea of ...
I thought I would like it, as I like the studio, the setting, and the graphics.
The gameplay was so bad I could not continue. Horrific controls and combat, which are related, but not exactly the same. Not sure how a game that was so frustrating terrible to control and fight even be released.
Really, really good month. I gave Shadow of War to my wife, and took Street Fighter just because it's AAA.
But I had Two Point Hospital, Graveyard Keeper, Bad North, and Mystralia all on my wishlist. It also looks like there are more good ones here. Glad I got in on the Classic plan and keep 10 games.
My Christian Minecraft server and Warcraft guild approve.
I want achievements SUPER BAD. If you don't like them, you can always turn off notifications and ignore them otherwise.
Nintendo could do a stickers version of achievements.
I have no problem with the Epic store. I have redeemed every free game they've given out, which is honestly about a Humble Monthly worth of games every month. I purchased a few exclusive games on there.
NEED: Wishlists, reviews, achievements
WANT: forums, mods, better layout
Beat the OG one on PS4 first then PC much later. Played with controller and mouse+KB, once on launch, and once after MANY patches from a great dev. Both times were awesome. The game had some warts, but it was FUN AS HELL to play ... twice. The expansion is really good, as it adds the buggy and a flatter world, but still is visceral and well worth my time.
Dying Light 2 sounds amazing. Sounds like they took some stuffy from The Witcher 3, which is a good idea!
I saw it as one of the most perfectly executed, polished, paced, and fun game. An unabashed 10/10 and a great sign for the future with how they took an existing IP and changed direction (like Assassin's Creed did, but maybe not quite to the grand success as GoW, but close).
This was my favorite Telltale game. PUMPED!
I am one of the people who is 100% behind all SINGLE PLAYER games having an easy/story mode. It will expand the base, sell more copies, get you games faster or better, and everyone wins - except people who define their self-worth on beating a difficult video game.
This game is actually starting to win me over. I no longer think it is some long con. It looks tremendous, the many hour-long videos on it are very detailed, and when this releases, it will be the most ambitious game ever made. And with forward-looking engine designed for PC's, it will age spectacularly well if the game on top of the engine is good.
To me, it looks like Eve Online and No Man's Sky and Star Wars Galaxies and World of Warcraft and maybe even some Star...
You still have EXACTLY the same controller support and configs as before, no more and no less.
You should try GOG, as it unifies your launchers, achievements, friends, and more. It's already great but has the potential to be even better.
Humble Monthly is no longer what it has been. Existing subscribers will keep the "old" plan of the 8 games per month at $12, but all new subscribers will pay more for less. I unsubbed and got the 3-year deal on XBOX Ultimate PC Game Pass instead, and got it for me and my wife. We love Outer Worlds and found a lot of smaller games we enjoyed on there.
Not this again.
This is amazing. I moved it up my backlog to my very next game. Gonna use that Elite Controller 2 on it.
Loved this change in direction for a stale, but good, franchise. It revitalized it and made it 10/10 GOAT type game versus an easy 8.5 or 9 they could've done.
