@ Tabsf - yeah that's cos all the gaming websites cater to console gamers who would be like "WTF they aren't game play graphics, they're better than the CGI in my PS3/360 game" if you showed them Metro 2033 maxed out. Seriously the people (i use the term loosely) who think KZ3 is the best looking shooter ever regardless of platform would have a hard time coping with the knowledge that even an average PC game has better graphics.

AS if using move would be an advantage playing online. It might be if you had a panoramic screen so you could just turn around, but you'll have to manually move the camera as is, which is never an advantage

1: Dirt 3 frankly looks better than gt5 (cars actually get dirt on them during rally, higher detail damage, higher res scenery)

That one sentence sums up exactly why I didn't enjoy UC2, I knew down to the pixel what was going to happen in every major moment of the game before I'd even stuck the disc in my PS3 because Sony showed way too much of it off pre-release. This time round I'll be careful not to watch too many trailers before release.

If you are taking a screenshot of a prerendered frame, where no other frames have been rendered, then obviously there is gonna be no issue with interlacing.
Ive played through the first battle only. It annoys me how in order to slash multiple times in a row you have to lift your finger off the screen after each swipe, its dumb!!!!
Yup, theres about 15 games I'll buy day 1 next year, and another 15 that I will probably pick up a bit latter as well.
I dunno, if you get on a server were everyone has a 4 bar connection, lag is less of an issue than in MW2 from my own experience, and at least you can set the matchmaking to local.
The framerate can be sluggish, but, again from my experience, only when someone has a napalm strike called in or maybe from chopper gunners/gunships. I haven't had frame drop issues from dogs surprisingly, i though that would be the worst.

It was good, but the best?
I'd have it in my top 10, but I doubt I could find room for it in my top 5 even. At the time of release it was awesome, but games have come a long way since then, and we've seen a heap of quality FPS's since then.
For the record, my favorite FPS's are BioShock and Crysis followed by Battlefield 2, MW2, Bad Company 1 & 2, Resistance 2, BioShock 2, R:FoM (in ninth), BF 2142.
Nah I think the hype is being generated by teh awesome grafixs and teh awesome game plays.
