Just because the PS3 fanboys do it, does that make it right to do it as well? Two wrongs = a right? The way I see it is if we all just discuss more maturely and more adult like we will eventually discourage fanboys from speaking as they do now. Doing what they do makes you one of them and personally speaking, being one of them is not a good idea.

This will make for an even greater story than the first one. The first one had an exceptional story but now with more cutscenes to flesh out the characters and story even more! WOW! Cannot wait to get mu grubby paws on this game.

It is by far one of the best early titles for the PS3 and if you have a PS3 and did not play this one you should. It's one of those games that you will remember, especially the final fight with Bohan (sp?).
Then they looked as though they were trying too hard with the slutty look of the chick in the game and after that it all went down hill from there. Try making a game that takes itself seriously and the devs might have had better luck.
The fist being a positive one where folks like to track you and agree with stuff you say because you have a like-minded ness and are genuinely kind. The second is the type where folks track you for the sole purpose of taking your bubbles away whenever they can and hitting the disagree button just for the sake of spite. How many here that would like BC in there PS3 today scoffed at the price of the 60 gig model when the PS3 was released? One of the nice things the PS3 offered when it was released was the vast library of PS2 games and the compatibility it had with the games. I hear so often now how people want BC int he console but none of them were willing to shell out the cash back then to have 100% BC. I did and have loved it and it is a bummer that folks even back then did not see the value in the 60 or 2...
I'm hoping for a Twisted Metal but to be honest, if he came up with something along the lines of God of War but more of a current day anti-hero, I would be equally excited.
I would love it if they did a full recreation of the first one but do to it what they did to RE1 for the Game Cube. If they made the game in a similar fasion as the original but with next gen graphics, that would be awesome.

I'm not being rude, just asking. Is it a relative term to say it is a hit? 100,000 is a decent number but later int he article they make the claim that 300,000 lifetime sales for a game ont he Wii is a hit for a new i.p.
I was always told that for a game to be a hit, about 500,000 copies had to be sold. Is this not true? Especially for a console with over 50,000,000 units sold?

It's not that he was off about the time frame for the consoles but the backhanded comments about the PS3 are not needed. He could have brought up the RROD issues or the comparable worldwide sales of the 360 to the PS3 even though the PS3 is twice as expensive but instead he brings up the same silly arguments about the PS3 to bolster his argument. All the arguments about both the PS3 and Xbox 360 are lame and did nothing more to his comment than prove he is a fanboy.

Yeah, it is trolling and let me explain why.
1) PS3 needs more RAM
An age old argument headed up by the Xbox fanboys since day one of the PS3's release. Sadly however, the proof of games looking better than any other console with "more RAM" is enough to show that these fanboys know nothing of console architecture and should STFU.
2) Better CPU for the PS3...

If you want to make a decent argument, you need to be more objective and less inaccurate. Why would Sony want to start the next generation of consoles off if they are at the current time producing games with the most advanced graphics and have given speculation that a "Wii-mote" like controller is on the horizon? Same with the Xbox 360, they too are moving in a different direction next year with Natal and yet you spew this silly dribble about Sony wanting to dump the PS3... Right. ...
Just do not sell on the Wii. Sure, great FPS's could be done ont he Wii but considering the crowd the Wii is aimed at, they will never be successful. Maybe if it was a Mario version of Doom or a Zelda version of Halo... Yeah, then maybe but I still doubt it.
These scores are just one person's opinion and not that of your own. Play the game and make a decision by yourself. I played the game and to be honest it is a solid 6. Controls are wonky and the story is flat. Graphics are as good as the Wii gets and the games reply value is low. It's playable but not memorable.
That is MHO, not anybody else's. make your own call and be happy.
