I know - it's such a tall order. For some it'll merely come down to preference; medieval/magic vs cyberpunk/futurism. Fortunately for me I'm into both. I know CDPR are going to deliver - I love everything I've seen.
I didn't lean towards a certain brand; not at all. I merely pointed out the stupidity of tribalism while dropping no names.

Depends on the game; I mean it could be. I don't think Halo has driven Xbox sales in awhile - but it was definitely what got people interested in the original Xbox.
Xbox loyalists aren't influenced by Halo as much these days.

Sony will definitely continue to best Microsoft in console sales as long as they stay their current course. Hopefully Microsoft will take a page out of Sony's book and release more new, original IPs.

Cyberpunk 2077 is the only game that can beat The Witcher 3, imo. Only they can top themselves.
I think they're both fine. I like the overall trophy level and I like how rarity has been incorporated into trophies regardless of their color. Sometimes I'd rather have a 0.1 ultra rare bronze over a gold for example.
I still love achievements too, which also have rarity, and there's something satisfying about seeing 1000/1000.

No, but Naughty Dog have shown they can make an incredible campaign and multiplayer in one package, so why not continue that?
They're clearly frustrated though, and it's a great thing to see. Their recent games haven't been received well, and EA are being relentlessly trashed. They 'are' feeling the heat and this frustrated statement proves it.
This Jedi Order game is one more to avoid.

Agreed. Not really outraged by this; taking Tifa down a cup size or two means nothing to me. This is my favorite Final Fantasy and I'm really looking forward to this game.
Or shooting bad guys from a speed boat that you fell into after a helicopter attacked you as you were rappelling from a skyscraper causing you to fall into said boat.
If you like games with fun traversal, crazy guns, and funny sarcasm, you should enjoy Sunset Overdrive. I personally had a swell time with it.
