i thought overall it was nicely done but yes the main character was a bit generic, so i agree with you on that.
i think this game could be something like epic's version of batman arkham asylum, albeit a more violent one.

i don't understand ea's mentality that releasing sequels faster means it's less likely for the audience to lose interest. if gamers can wait patiently between oblivion and skyrim, i can't see why they would wait for a longer gap between dao and da2. since rpg's involve a lot of micromanaging, wouldn't it be right to assume that rpg gamers tend to be patient people? considering that da2 release 1 1/4 years after dao, i can already tell it would be a rush job despite bio...
