even if this turns out to be surprisingly good, i dont think much of activision's games sell well outside of cod. other than the fact that they don't bother to market it, gamers are pretty much not interested to let activision have another cash cow. they seem to forget the people who made cod famous in the first place before the kiddies took notice of it.
a year doesnt give much for technical improvement, and considering bioware was working on da2 and more me2 dlc, that gives them even less time. ac brotherhood didnt look that much better than ac2 didnt it? oh, and cod didnt improve one bit.
i would say it's better in the sense that it has more value per buck. technically is quite debatable. i do hope that bioware would release some kind of redeem code for all dlc in one.
would be boring if he said it that way. i think he was just attempting to be ambiguous. it's likely bioware would bring him back seeing how he is well loved by fans and the voice actor himself.
relax people, 8.5 is pretty good. my guess is the critics are just not in the mood to give out 9 and 10 like candy. i think an 8.5 now would be like 9.5 back in the killzone 2 review days.
how could something be so rewarding yet still can be considered a drm?
anyways, good for them. good customer service deserve good well-earned money.
i can certainly see your point. i'm just stating my opinion though, i think off selling off present as a sign of disrespect to the gifter.
selling off a present is rude. just saying here.
yeah, i'm pretty sure they dont just buy a copy of the shelf and rent it out. i think they have some license for it. same reason why companies just cant buy one copy of microsoft office and install it on all workstations.
i dont agree or disagree with this guy here. but this guy has a debatable point. u cant expect someone to buy something to buy something without knowing much about it. on the other hand, just because a particular fruit juice doesnt have a free sample for it in the market, doesnt mean u can just open a pack on the shelf and gulf it for some tasting.
i love both gta 4 and sr2! now beat me up with a dildo!
i dont really think vice city was too over the top. it was one of my favs, and it had just the right balance between being silly and serious. san andreas was fun, but it wasn't my fav.
NDA my friend, NDA...
next-gen: anouncement within an anouncement within an anouncement.
the author has a point. for me, a game that's worth $60, is a game with at least a quality 10 hours, plus at least worth replaying once. just because a game has length doesnt mean it's full of quality, i.e. far cry 2 (subject to opinion of course).
sometimes, "if it aint broken dont fix it" applies. make it too radically different and it will not be the same game people liked from the start. if anything, what sequels should really do is fix most of the shortcomings of the predecessor before adding any new fancy stuff.
technically they're not insulting, but merely telling the fact. they seem to be subtly hinting at something though.
@toaster
i say i have to agree with you. hell, even the task of assembling a pc and installing the softwares is considered tedious work by console gamers, and that's just the start. sorry to say, console gamers are much less patient compared to pc gamers.
the comment about the demo being rubbish, your personal taste.
about the "blue" graphics, hello, art style?
oh, btw, mass effect used a lot of blue. so i guess they suck too right?
wasnt gamesradar labelled an anti-ps3 site a while ago?
