the actors who played the punisher from both the recent punisher movies are a good fit? thomas jane or ray stevenson? those movies are not necessarily the best, but the characters potrayed by those actors seem to suite marcus fenix well.
some didn't really like 3d, but i like it a lot. just watched avatar 3d 2 weeks ago, and was blown away by the depth 3d can create in a movie. if the world runs my way, i would love to play mass effect 2 in 3d.
they dump the fallout 3 engine in favour of the 'rage' engine (not that engine used in gta 4), or better known as id tech 5. rage looks great for an open world game, we know it's somewhat similar to fallout 3 and borderlands, and the engine was developed under john effing carmack's team.
difficulty settings are there? for those who prefer more challenge, just pick the hardest of them. personally, i prefer games that have a moderate difficulty, because i play games to have fun, and working hard on a video game isn't my idea of fun. devs should include customizable difficulty, like the option to turn off checkpoint, health regeneration, and all the other stuff that supposedly makes things easier.
religion opposes video games as much as politicians and the law institute. from what i recall, a church used halo 3 to attract young people to their religion. most of the flak that video games get are from politicians and lawyers.

why people disagree with you over wanting a better graphic card? here's an agree for you. same situation here, but i need a new system altogether, not just a new graphic card. i have a pentium 4 3ghz with an nvidia 8500gt, and despite that borderlands ran quite well on it. i put it all on low settings, yet the game still looks nice and ran fairly smooth with the occasional framerate drops.
