Wii 2:
1) Updated Wii Sensor Bar. More like a webcam and less like a bar
2) Updated Wii control scheme to compliment new webcam. Because waggle just isn't cutting it
3) More online integration
4) More DSI integration
5) Updated Graphics - Game cube graphics chip can't last forever
6) Drop Gamecube support
Story is more important than gameplay length
Which brings me to my list
1) Moral Choices. Batman is only human. Make him choose who to save
2) Choice change the game. If you decide to save Catwoman instead of Tas Al Ghul. It should change the game. i.e change who becomes your co-op player
3) Co-Op - Don't want Co-Op. Make the choice to save citizens instead of your co-op partner
4) Batmobile for quick transitions to city locations. Batman do...
Co-OP AWESOMENESS!
2v2v2
Joker and Harley vs TwoFace and Catwoman vs Batman and Talia
Or all 5 vs Batman and Robin/Nightwing
I'm sure Joker's and Two Face's Gun should level the playing field
Batman doesn't need the batmobile to traverse the open world. He runs across the rooftops
This article missed it completely
1) Bigger world should not come at the expense of the graphics.
2) Speaking of graphics - The game needs better gameplay to encourage the player to not walk around dective mode all the time. This isn't just about disabling it. If you don't turn off detective mode you'll be at a disadvantage...i.e clayface grabbing you and your detective mode can't see his clay
3) IMPORTANT - MORAL CHOI...
BUST-A-GROOVE!@!!
i disagree, what if i lose my bluetooth or leave at home, im screwed, if the dell streak can pull it off so can this
<RE> You have to resort to text. Built in microphone and built in speakers are soo terrible that it's not even worth using.
micro SD is not a standard. It's a IP that needs to be paid for. Plus Sony owns the rival format to SD. They will not pay their rival.
1) Needs smaller screen to save battery life and be portable
2) Needs Front and rear facing camera - invizimals and other playstation eye compatible games
3) Needs built in GPS - phototagging and multi player on the go
4) Needs SIM card slot - Phone calling only supported through bluetooth headset. No need to re-live the days of N-gage
5) HDMI output port - Phones can do it, This should be no different
6) Memory stick pro Slot - Would prefer an SD slot...
FPS will need a seperate control scheme for 2 wands.
Only Idea I can come up with involves head and shoulder tracking.
1) Press one of the analog triggers to control the speed of the movement
2) Track shoulder to determine direction.
2a) If your shoulders are facing forward you move forward
2b) If your shoulders are turned to the right you move to the right
2c) Strafe would be needed by pressing a button. Any other movement
...
GTA 4 with motion controls.
1:1 when fighting and stealing cars
This version of lights out will have mediocre sales at best.
The 2nd round needs to have less lag and true 1:1
i.e you put your hands down your character moves their hands down.
All this hype reminds me of Lair. Lair was touting their motion control, but when it was released, aside from bad gameplay, the controls were terrible.
Mirrors edge needs move support!
needs wireless gun periphial with recoil
Should have expanded the article to the Top Light gun games that should be made for the Move
Police 911
Silent Scope
House of the Dead
Ghost Squad
And it needs to be said that the move needs a better Gun Peripheral.
1) Something similar to the Time Crisis gun found in the arcades with recoil
2 The Ghost squad gun found in the arcade. The light underneath could serve as the move holder. Then later
It's the Nintendo Power pad without the pad :)
Agree about the having too many options.
But it would be up to the devolper to implement or not implement those buttons.
After giving it somre more thought. Having a 3rd person action title that tracks your hands may be a bit overwhelming
1 stick to handle character movement
1 stick to handle camera
Wands to track hand movement
It's may get tricky to move your character and move your hands at the same tim...
Yeah, but Multiple controller options is a NIGHTMARE for validation.
Motion controller validation is pretty difficult on it's own
Having a single controller simplifies the process. The D-PAD and the standard X-O-/\-[] buttons should map the same. i.e pushing O = pushing ->
No Demon's Soul because the Sword and Shield was already demo-ed and implemented
See Sports Champion.
I'm looking at the chameleon demo and the Hado-ken aspect
HADOO-KEN!!
If the original game did not have a story (mario,Zelda, Final Fantasy Series, Halo Series) didn't have a good story. The Sequel doesn't need it
