but the only FPS I'm getting this year is MW2. Maybe Bioshock 2, if the reviews say its as good as the first.

You play this game for the intense action and the multiplayer.
thats the most impressive game I've ever seen. Its also the most ambitious game I've heard of this generation. I'm surprised Sony would actually publish such a game.

the best I can hope for at this point is that the multiplayer is being handled by a different team. Naughty Dog excel at single player, and I dont want anything to be hampering development on single player.

They will go to where the games are. It comes down to PS3 vs Wii and PSP vs DSi.
Sony should be pleased. But they should also recognize that all the Japanese want is games, not a price drop. Did you know Square Enix? Did you know that Polyphony Digital? Capcom?

Alan Wake, RARE gameS, maybe forza 3, and maybe a lionhead game (splinter cell is for Ubisoft to show, they like it like that). They will also have multiplatform games at the show.
Sony definitely has the best line-up, but MS and maybe even Nintendo will have their own games as well.

When I said that they are obligated to support PS3, I meant it with the DLC. Thats all this is, repackaging of the game with DLC. No sh1t Bethesda will make all retail games for 360/PS3. The topic at hand is the DLC.

they have an obligation because they have a fan base. Fallout 3 has been confirmed to sell over 1.3 million units WW on PS3.
