lol Capcom confirmed that the game will see a simultaneous launch this winter in Japan, and that it will be released for both 360 and PS3 in early 2010 in NA.
Sloppy way it was dealt with? The PS blog scored an interview on the game, showed the game running on the PS3, and the guy confirmed its day and date launch with the 360 version. Also, maybe sony just doesnt think that gaining a multiplatform game is that big of a deal....

In both ICO and Shadow of the colossus, the characters never died. So, with team ICO, expecting the characters to die in The Last Guardian is foolish. Just expect the unexpected. Of course they could die, and they would still evoke emotion.

I wont comment on Forza 3, but facts are facts.
FACT: Gran Turismo 5 runs @ native 1080p @ 60 FPS. Also, GT5 runs with 16 cars on track when playing, so it would be incorrect to state that Forza 3 is rendering more when in fact it only has 8 cars on track when playing.
Forza 3 better have better graphics, more content, more features, more cars, and more tracks than GT5. I swear when PD starts revealing GT5 this game better 1up them in every single area from the amount of trash talk GT has been getting.
I just cant justify a $60 purchase for this game when there will be AAA games released this holiday that I can preorder:

We're not even in 2010 yet. And sony also has games for this holiday and for next year too.
This Holiday: MAG, Uncharted 2, R&CF:ACIT, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2. Thats four games right there that counter MS's.

I agree with this. Alan Wake looked great but it wasnt the best 360 game IMO. Both Splinter Cell AND ME2 are more promising IMO. All will be good, but ME2, when released, will hold the crown as the best 360 exclusive to be released!
As a guy that doesn't care too much for shooters, I am more excited for the PS3's lineup. L4D, Halo, and MAG, should be great for the fans, but Im just loosing interest in FPS these days (that said, I will get MW2). I'd simply rather play Uncharted 2, R&CF2, and NGS2. 360 has Forza 3 though. I'll have to see for Splinter Cell, it looked fantastic but honestly I've said about all of Ubisoft Montreal's games this generation. Splinter Cell aside my main multiplatform game this holiday is Ass...

But if you read around all the sites, everyone seems to think MS had a better presentation (which I agree with). By this I mean the way the conference was delivered. Basically you were always interested, never got bored. They didnt have any sales crap too. Much more organized than Sony or Nintendo. It was exciting to watch.
For me though, its the content (games) thats wins an E3. But presentation makes total sense and I just might be in the minority. So thats why sony won it for ...

Assassin's Creed is the most successful new IP of all time. Its not surprising that they're building the second game with the third in mind. I just hope that story and gameplay elements aren't taken away because of this.

lol, I guess you haven't seen the video on the playstation blog. Lost Planet 2 is coming to PS3 buddy, and Capcom brought a build of the PS3 version with them and had an exclusive interview about the game.
The formula is the same, much like every other major franchise, but there are a bunch of new gameplay mechanics. Listing them would be a waist of time on a D troll.
