Devices - ps 3, 4 , vita ( if it's still running last time I cheeked it was on its finally legs ) VR and Neo
All games are part of a brand , that's why you get Pokemon movies , tv shows , games cards etc
Halo figures, tv series , t shirts etc

Most likely will at some point , maybe in 2 years if the idea to bring Windows 10 to Xbox brand proves successful. They might make some sort of charge for people who just use PC machines for Xbox games.
But it's easy to understand , no one is getting left out with the brand and no one is being told to upgrade , or play with a mouse or keyboard

Any one can play an exclusive branded game such as halo or gears on any device that runs Xbox live.
