Yeah, the covers are nice, I got the black one. I like the white also. Variety is always a good thing.
Sony, is that you?
David is smaller than Goliath, right? Sony(180 billion) is smaller than Microsoft($1 trillion), right? This is how correlations work, class. Fanboy? I own every console, but unfortunately I can't play on them because the gap between content & quality is so apparent. Let's say Starfield is stellar, that's only one game, so once I'm inevitably finished with it the SX is off again. I'm done with the Gears of Halo: The Infinite Forza War cycle. Nintendo has Xenoblade, Fire...
Uuum, I'm a naysayer and I've got every opportunity to use it. Don't speak for the masses because there are some that don't align with your preference. For everyone that claims amazement, there are several more who speak by not supporting it. What else needs to be said? Of course those that have chosen the service are going to advocate for it. What about those not using it, what is their take on it? Real questions, people. Why do you gather MS needs Activision or Zenimax so ba...
Yup, bought Scarlet at launch. It was a great game and I saw it was from a smaller developer. They could use the encouragement that they've done a great job by paying them full price. I'd love to see the faces of people if companies were only willing to pay their wages at a discount.
Exactly, if the service is so valuable, why isn't every company racing to launch their games on it? The apparent is, often times, never questioned.
As well as games sell on PS, do you really expect Sony to sacrifice their revenue as well as developer revenue all to make gaming cheaper for you? Only an unsuccessful and desperate company would do that.
I understand that MS is a trillion dollar company, but that has nothing to do with the gaming department, which has NEVER seen a profit since inception. Please save me the rhetoric of them being able to afford whatever they want, as that should be more telling of just how...
Listen, I get it, you're only willing to play the game because of the service. It is clearly not the case on the PS side of things. As I am and always will be pro company over consumer, the option to purchase games, wait for discounts, subscribe to services, and have a very healthy release schedule are what options Sony offers.
My SX hasn't been on outside of the occasional system update, in months. Just because a game's on GP isn't enough motivation to turn...
The Show will be on GP for XB and sell more on PS. Sony should never have to give their new games away for less than retail. Sony's approach over MS shows confidence in their community while adding more value through options.
You sound more obsessed than reasonable. To disregard the game that Elden clearly borrowed from, albeit in all the worst ways, is illogical. Sure it looks a little better, but the gameplay, fun factor, and replayability is not the same. You're not saying anything pivotal, only repeating the same bias points over and over again. BB must have kicked your ass, as Elden is a FAR easier endeavor than BB.
Your need to insult is telling of what type of character you are, the ...
Well thought out and I agree on every level. I was literally just talking about how cheap the combat is in Elden Ring. Enemies can interrupt your combos, while nothing short of a miracle can produce the same result for the player. Enemies attack through walls, hitting for near death damage. The balancing of the enemies is laughable and let's not talk about their ability to attack relentlessly. I would appreciate more souls games implementation of a stamina bar for enemies, much like Nioh....
My 2 favorites, lightning fast combat, awesome parry systems, great lore, atmosphere, and characters. Elden is very by the numbers for a Fromsoftware game.
So many recycled boss encounters in Elden Ring that shows how much copy and paste was used to make it. The only thing it borrowed from BB is the having to hit a button to remove item messages and the piss poor item management. Elements of Sekiro were neglected as well, which shows a trend of not implementing anything too complex in Elden. I'll finish it but there'll be no New Game+ for me. One and done.
Please explain how greatness is found in Elden Rings paper-thin storyline?
What does that show? Why is early footage even remotely acceptable after 4 years of development. I guess one can arrive at the notion that they're teasing players, but early renders do little to satisfy expectations. MS needs to start creating excitement over hype, I really don't want another console to a waste of money.
Skyrim was truly their only great success, being that they've been giving it the old GTA treatment since 2011. I personally enjoyed Morrowind over anything after it. Oblivion was popular since it was released on 360 during its initial run, while Skyrim showed how aged the engine was with stale combat, ugly graphics, and limited animations. Fallout 3 has been the only game I've been willing to play until completion and I've given Skyrim a try on everything besides the Switch to win...
@Nitrowolf2
How many digital albums, games, pictures, movies, etc fade in your memory, naturally? You see, all forms of mediums, no matter their format age. This has little, if anything, to do with wear and tear. The human mind often hones in on future endeavors, making many experiences fade with time and distance. This is just a fact, when applying the same understanding to business it makes sense to let products fade or revitalize them through NEW innovations. How many pe...

That's fine coming from a child who cant handle someone's, who actually has produced and made millions in this industry, observation. If I'm a clown, then what's that make you? I am not just for Sony but I am and will always be procompany. Terms like "consumer-friendly" or anything of the like are socialistic rhetoric of which no one that's actually successful even acknowledges. These companies already provide for price drops, d...
Yeah, which is their right, Ted. Much like always online, if that's the way that these companies would like to do it, so be it. What's the drawback? A few crybabies lamenting over it not being the way they want it. Guess what, that's the way life is. It is beginning to sound like a lot of gamers have little to no understanding of how life works outside of games. You set the precedents or you live by them. Simple
How many of your old vehicles, clothes, games, to...
Honestly, it was priced perfectly, to me. After adding every component on the 360 to match it, you were actually paying more.
