Bought them both, tried them for a few hours each, and made my decision. Rocket science.
@Hikoran
Exactly. Logic wins again.
It didn't take anything from HFW, as most PS exclusives perform well over time. Elden is available on other consoles that have starving libraries so of course the response is going to be overexaggerated when they finally get something new to play. Elden's not bad, but it is not better than HFW in no way, to me. From graphics to mechanics, Elden Ring is as last gen as it gets. Everything about it shows the age of the system it's built on. Horizon improved, in every way, over its pr...
HFW is a masterpiece, while Elden leaves a lot to be desired. Graphics, storyline, seamless gameplay, etc all go to Horizon. I chose to play Elden first as it's the lesser of the two games, to me. I really don't get all the praise that Elden Ring is receiving. I can't help but arrive at the notion that people are putting it over because it's not exclusive to PS. If it were, people would be willing to see the same grossly apparent flaws in it that no one's talking about. Th...
@Shadow
I definitely own the game and along with every one before it. I just don't give 2 f**ks about what crybabies are going on about. If you've got the time to grind, do it, if not use the MT. Last I checked prey doesn't have a choice when predators are present. You have an option and only broke assed people go on about prices. When you can afford it, you assess then pull the trigger. When you can't afford it, you do exactly what all these emasculated men...
@Cruz
I'm in a statistics based industry, sir. Yes, for 2 months Xbox has outsold the PS, by a whopping 60k units. Now let's review the last 12 months, the PS was regularly outpacing the XB by over 100k units weekly. This explains why there is almost a 6 million console gap. Do you watch boxing?
When a boxer is being outboxed, hit with haymakers, and bruised beyond recognition it is often seen that the crowd cheers when said boxer manages to hit ...
@Cruz
You see, more and more people are speaking out on your nonsense. Barely see Sony TVs, huh? That's because they're in the Magnolia Room not at Walmart or whatever pawnshop you frequent. The more I read your comments the more I realize that you're just a broke assed gamer who has to label anything out of his price range as "anti-consumer". What is anti-consumer? Having the confidence to price products according to their quality opposed to the limit...
Legendary cars are expensive in real life, but maybe their prices are predatory there as well? How weak can you be? Complaining over virtual intangibles. What's the real world like for you? Do you cry because prices are going up, you're not getting paid enough, none of the pretty girls like you, etc? Give it a rest, no one's going to give you your way because your only talent is crying like child. Never seen so many "men" whining about what they have the OPTION to walk a...
Super gets it.
I'm sure that it would appear that way to a narcissistic individual, but if you'd actually recognize the pattern, you'd realize that I comment to the more toxic sorts. Is that you, I'm not sure, but you're often found interjecting your adolescent opinions to individuals who've already made their choices. Who's asking you?
To be sure, there's no instant where one finds themselves obsessed with the most basic of examples of life. You're a ...
Shouldn't you be enjoying your library? How are you even here with so many great experiences to experience?
If that is what he's saying, who are you to question it? Overvalued opinions of oneself seldom end well, Mr. Cruz.
Dude, unforfilled people will find anything to attack. They don't even have the option to play anything new so why wouldn't they keep going on about nothing. Halo's about to get an update, perhaps they'll grow quieter then.
Explain how an option is predatory?
Your comment makes absolutely no sense. Do what you do, pimping. Sony has nothing to do with anything. You guys are so dissatisfied with your current gaming climate.
Aside from the ugly graphic, this game hell of fun. If they could clean it up and add some more content I'll be more than willing to support it.
Says....
Exactly, Team Ninja knew it too. Played the hell out if this, even got the platinum.
Days Gone did look nice. Enjoyed quite a bit.
Elden borrows from far too many other Fromsoftware games to be in its own league. What does it do so groundbreaking? Bloodborne and Sekiro both have far better combat than Elden. The open world aspect only adds arduous elements taking away from the gameplay. But....but, the freedom. What does that "freedom" add that we haven't experienced in so many games before it? I'll never get it, I'm lv 400 and the games is more of a fetch quest than enjoyable. The enemies and bosse...
