But again, the Wii U is simply unable to run a game like NMS, so what's the point? You're fantasizing about the game being released on a platform that was way too weak and feature-lacking to even begin to run it. You should be holding Nintendo accountable for the poor design of the Wii U, they completely failed to make it a viable system this generation.
There's really no point to this article, the Wii U is way too low-spec to run NMS, much less any other somewhat demanding current generation game. Too little RAM, weak CPU and GPU, no HDD, etc.
Unfortunately he has a point, the Wii U and its bulky, awkward, gimmicky gamepad really do seem like Fisher Price toys. Hopefully the NX will be a little better designed.
This game seems like it is just a chore to play, not fun at all. I play games to enjoy myself, not to frantically try to complete levels in a matter of seconds.
Totally agree with the two peeps above, why aren't they making SP DLC? Enough with the throwaway MP maps, especially since those are all you get in the season pass.
None of their poor gimmicks are going to "cure cancer", much less make gaming a better experience. That's their entire problem, they've lost sight of the purpose of gaming hardware, to actually play games, not wrestle with silly gimmicks.
More gimmicks incoming! Will Nintendo ever learn that people don't want to have to have to struggle with their poor gimmicks just to play games?
Garbage game ruined by Miyamoto's gimmicks. Metacritic score sits at 69 and the game sold a dismal 330k worldwide, proof of how bad it really is.
Here's a better title for the article: "Star Fox Zero: A Game Fans are Ashamed of"
His point is that most people just don't want to buy Nintendo's gimmicky, low-spec, feature-lacking hardware just to play a handful of games.
This website is notorious for sideshow articles, it's all about those precious clicks.
Agreed. Gamingbolt's articles are poorly thought out and really just designed for clicks. The site also hates Sony and does everything possible to criticize the company and drag them down. They always write favorably about Nintendo, even when the company makes poor decisions.
Unfortunately you can't do that with the "new" N4G, but it would be nice if they implemented the feature.
Another spam article from gamingbolt, trying to make anything Sony look bad. Poor Rashid, he's so upset to see Sony succeed (and his beloved Nintendo fail). Just mark the article as spam and move on.
Another gamingbolt article desperate for clicks, nothing to see here, just move on.
For clicks and desperation. Really not an appropriate pic for the article.
Do you know how periods work? Please try to use them, otherwise your comments are very difficult to read.
Totally agree. The quality, specs, and features of the hardware are critical to its success. If Nintendo hopes for the NX to succeed, they better double down on the hardware design, to make sure it is a genuinely competitive product for the money. If they cut corners on the hardware or build it around a questionable gimmick, like they have with so many recent systems, it's doomed.
Didn't they take out the tracker because people were getting robbed, hit by cars, falling off cliffs, etc. when playing the game?
It isn't as simple as that. Some keys offered on these sites are purchased with stolen credit cards, some were originally intended as "review copies" provided to online reviewers, and some keys are purchased in other, cheaper regions (circumventing regional pricing). Just because the key works, doesn't mean that it was obtained or sold legitimately. Just look at this one example:
