It really does. Hopefully this is CraigGate situation and they can polish it up a bit before launch, because the premise is still interesting, but... sheesh...
It's like Minecraft and Manhunt had a baby.. o_O
I expect it pays well. Dualshockers also gave Redfall 8.5/10 (it averaged 5/10) and then had to do an article defending their score due to the backlash they received for deceiving gamers.
Jank animations aren't a quirk unless it's a parody of older times. Digital Foundry are shilling for Starfield as well, saying things lke it's understandable that it's only running at max 30fps because of things like persistent items (where you put something down, come back...
^ Okay guys, I was just checking if you were taking the system seriously, or just abusing it. All clear now, thanks for taking the time to reply. For me, it's worth checking if a story is legit before I hit approve. For you, it's not. It's also a duplicate, btw, but you'd have seen that if you were using the system legitimately. We're all different at the end of the day!
Mine was a simple question though, no need for the attacks. You could have just answ...
Nope. You commented, I reported it 10 minutes later, then you came back and approved it 10 minutes after that. This story is not fit for approval. What makes you think otherwise?
Let's hope this isn't getting us warmed up for what they've got planned for GTA6...
I'm curious; why would you approve this after it was reported, without responding to the report?
This part made me laugh: "Bethesda have seemingly opted to keep things old-school and a bit janky in the animation department for Starfield"... Oh yeah, I'm sure they "opted" to make it janky.../S
Like, they could have made it perfect, with state of the art, Horizon Burning Shores levels of graphics, animation and facial expressions, but they've "opted" for janky, because why not? It was another 'creative decision' - deal with i...
Dualshockers has fallen off a cliff in terms of quality. They constantly clickbait now.
"That Bethesda jank" is exactly what we hoped would be left behind after so many years, but when you've got Microsoft execs bragging that "Starfield has less bugs that normal...for Bethesda" you know little's changed. They desperately need a new engine.
^ @Abracadabra, in time-honoured tradition, you're completely missing the point.
Same. Looks polished and so fluid. Be interested to see if there's variation in environments, but I'm SO in either way!
i was eyeing up the official Galactic Purple ones to match my controller. PS Direct had them on sale, but I slept on it and missed out. Next time!
These dbrand ones are way overpriced. Plus, they guy that owns the company is a bit of a dick.
Wanderer is AMAZING. Gorgeous, varied game with a great story. Up there with the best on VR.
It was originally exclusive to Quest, but it isn't anymore so there's every chance, even if not right away. Speculation is that during Meta's cutbacks they reduced the game from full exclusive to timed exclusive to save a few bob.
15 games announced yesterday and another 4 so far today. Awesome level of support - and some of these games are (or look) incredible!
They pretty much stopped shortly after it launched, didn't they?
Ghost of Tsushima VR? Go on then!
When the original first launched it was ahead of it's time, so the visuals took a big hit. This will be awesome, guaranteed.
Redfall gets 50/100 on Metacritic.
Phil Spencer "we had it ten points higher on internal reviews"!

Skyrim is STILL to this day broken on PS3. It's literally impossible for me to 100% the game because of a quest bug that's been all over their forums for YEARS and they never bothered to fix. I just ditched it at that point.
This game looks gorgeous and apparently plays like a dream. 8-12 hours long, so all I need is the price to be right and I'm set!
