i say this is pointless though. if you have to go through this kind of trouble EVERY time you want your companion to hold something, wouldn't it just be much easier and time efficient to fast travel to the storage area?
i play as a thief and don't want a companion, but i can hold 450+ pounds of stuff just on my own. that's more than enough. i store my ingredients, food, ore, and scales at my house, and i vendor ...
i think microsoft is going to be in a hurry to get a new system out to steal thunder away from the wiiU. unfortunately, i still don't think there's much chance of seeing it before 2013.
as for sony. i don't think they're in any rush...especially since the company doesn't even expect to be profitable again til 2013...and that was when tv sales were trending a lot higher than they are today. sony might simply not be able to afford to jump into a new gener...
there is nothing rare about glitches in uncharted. any of them. i've experienced a myriad of glitches in these games. they are SO scripted that if you do anything just slightly out of the narrow scope of the developers, you either die, or the game breaks. i've seen the AI stop and stare, drake suddenly die, drake or enemies get stuck in environments, drake or enemies fall through the floor, enemies disappear, enemies continue to stand after dying, and so on.
and who's gonna threaten to recall the product? the god of customer satisfaction?
if you have a problem with the way a company does business, just stop feeding them with your cash. it's a very simple solution. i don't understand why people have become such brainless consumers.
companies want money, if you stop giving it to them, they'll change their ways to bring back their customers. that's how a free-market works.
i have no idea why you wouldn't have decided this in the first place. i have both systems, deciding which one to get a bethesda game on was a no-brainer. bethesda can't even figure out how to get a game to run perfectly on a standard pc, it's pretty clear they aren't going to figure out how to master a more complex architecture like the cell.
i didn't read all the comments here, so my apologies if someone already mentioned this; but i remember when fallout 3 came out (i got it for PC), i began having issues with quality after a while which turned out to be directly caused by the total number of saves i had in the game. i went through and deleted all but 2 of my game saves and everything went back to normal. i don't know if this will resolve the issue for ps3...but it's worth a try for anyone who's desperate to co...
They're still a generation behind. how on earth are they "getting with the program?"
first of all, wii made a ton of money and tricked MS and Sony into foolishly following them into motion gaming. so what program do they need to get with? if it's money making, they're creating the program. if it's graphics and quality, they're behind and the wii U doesn't change that.
then you aren't a gamer. if it wasn't for xbox, there wouldn't be achievements, or that intense push for online console gaming, or making FPS work without a mouse n keyboard.
just because you don't own an xbox doesn't mean you haven't benefited from their contributions.
it is a step in the right direction though. by next generation this could become something very interesting. maybe a smart way of incorporating randomly generated quests in a manner that actually gives you more and more information related the main quest line. things that will tie in, or help you find parts you missed. actually putting the main story on hold while you uncover all the necessary elements to move on.
i don't know about "exactly that." i'd say skip MW 1.1.1 and just hold out til friday for a much better franchise. if you have the extra money, save it for next week when saints row 3 comes out.
lets not forget about arkham city, assassin's creed, and halo anniversary.
