If it was a deluxe edition then I would assume that they would call it that, cause giving false expectations isn't in their favor.
My bet, is that this is a new Smash. It's already 4 years since the last smash released.

i'm against anyone promoting violence through any medium. I don't think disgusting things that happen in our world needs to be used as entertainment. People being offended isn't always bad, although people are getting offended by anything these days.
(Just to be clear. I don't believe games such as Call of Duty or Battlefield promotes violence. Although it would be nice to see war portrayed from more than USA's point of view.)

I'm sure there's more directs coming. I would be very surprised if we didn't get any word on Smash and Pikmin 4 soon.

compared to ports released on PS4 and Xbox One it's more expensive and thereby too much. Also older games aren't usually as attractive as new games so expecting that customers will pay the same amount nevertheless is maybe a bit wrong, or?
I for one thought BoTW was the best game I played last year. To me it made some important steps in the open world genre, a genre that was lacking any kind of innovation. It let you discover things by yourself and the mechanics were incredible in the way you could experiment.
But the story sucked and the lack of big traditional dungeons were a bit dull. But to me it didn't matter.

I think it's 5 dollars. Not too bad considering you get 4 hours of entertainment.
A playstation for sony exclusives and multiplats and a Nintendo for nintendo exclusives has been the right combo for me for the last decade. I've never felt any itch to get a Xbox or a powerful PC. Racers, Strategy and FPS games have never been my style and correct me if I'm wrong but that's mostly what the Xbox and PC have offered in form of exclusives anyway.
Totally agree. TLOU is maybe one of the most engaging experiences I've had in any medium. But it is also the only game (to me) that has reached the "top level" that several movies and TV series hit every year. But video games as a medium is still being explored, and I believe it's potential far exceeds movies and tv. But we're not at a place yet where we've reached that potential. imo.
