"Put it facedown why don't you ..."
I generally like to put them with the disk tray facing down, then I eject the games using the controller and watch the console do push-ups.
This sounds like absolute bull...or is a very interesting finding (not likely).
Matt on Venturebeat makes a good point it's likely the kids using their mother's card to purchase Gold.
First of all, just look at your friends list and tell me what proportion are women. Telling us that women are buying a 360 just to pay an extra $ for Gold just so they can watch their favourite TV show is unfathomable. They're just as bad as we are...ending up on an Ad-ridden...
I stand them side by side.
Have had the PS3 since 2008 (MGS edition) and the 360 since 2010...both still working fine. (fingers crossed!)
Submerge it in a fish tank "at your own risk"
Yeah that's pretty believable - be warned guys this article is talking mobile gamers.
When I first saw the headline I first thought wtf!? Perhaps down to the poor choice of headline pic.
Are they trying to make me not despise them...it's working. They're more reasonable than my girlfriend.
F*CK YOU TOYS R UZ...Feel the wrath of teh Jagz Koor!!!!
Honestly, who really cares what Toys 'R Us sells anymore, unless you're 5 (oh I do miss those days; walking through the action figures section and playing with lego on the side, just infinite possibilities).
Absolutely loving the demo, whooping with joy everytime a goal is scored. I'm finding the FIFA 14 demo frustrating...really have to wait for the next gen version.
Not a fan of the framerate on the PS3 though, also it'd be nice if they brought back the quick subs.
Seems like there're a lot of support options worth changing like the advanced through passing etc, worth tinkering with them I reckon.
An EPL option file and I'm good to go. ...
Clever move. Get in there before the trolls do.
It's the Michael Bay of videogames...utterly ridiculous, brainless, brilliant! (Actually didn't enjoy Transformers after the first).
Shootouts in space, shootouts whilst walking vertically down skyscrapers, and super-dog ripping men out of helicopters, pretty sure there was a nuke in there too. AND it takes itself seriously!
It's not exactly going to evolve a genre but it's a great showpiece of mainstream zero-attention span, loud explosions ...
Will be interesting to see how this picks up, a Premier League version would be nice in the UK.
Finally managed to get some good time on it, played for about 10hrs so far...absolutely incredible, it's evident that a lot of care has been put into this; from the animations to the acting, beautiful.
In central London it was an absolute b*tch trying to find this game, sold out everywhere. Ordered online in the end. Going home now from work and going to have a good geek out during this fine Friday evening.
Very interesting, had no idea about being owned by Dixons.
I go to PC world on Tottenham Court Road a fair bit for work, it's alright there but like all retail stores, there's just not as much selection as online (and better prices too).
On topic, very surprised to hear X1 is leading preorders in the UK, haven't heard one person mention any desire to get one yet, it comes up a fair bit. 360 has strong numbers in the UK, but if MS can't bring d...
CDPR are very anti DRM - they actually consider gaming pirates as 'misunderstood customers'. They're forthcoming with their audience - you make us money and we'll use the same money to try and make better games. Big fan of them, look at how far they've come now from the original Witcher pre-enhanced edition.
And if you were a game developer, would you not jump at the chance to demo your game at one of the biggest gaming conferences in the world?
...
Grim, apologies, all got a bit side tracked there. Tough call; the ship has been sinking for quite a long time now but can't figure out which iceberg is bigger...Don or Julie. Don, background in gaming who I guess really felt passionately about opening up to a less than core audience...Julie, if a less than core gaming audience is where all the money is than isn't she going to be doing pretty much the same thing as Don...looks like a new figurehead to me personally.
...
Preordered already...arghhh can't wait!
The benchmarks that come out for this are going to dictate the amount I spend on building a new PC...hopefully they're not Metro high.
Got to admit that was a pretty retarded comment by myself...apologies.
This is what happens when you write things at 4am (Saudi time).
I was mainly worried about the PC version not being as good as the PS4/X1 versions as it comes out at the same time as the PS3/360. I think it's a pretty fair point as there hasn't been any clarification on it...or if there has please let me know.
So the PC version should be similar to the PS4/X1?
Who are we kidding, no it won't be.
Anything to help improve sales.
Going online you would think the game was already rated G/U.
