Is a one week delay really a delay or more like a small release date change? Seriously, some people are REALLY blowing this 1 week delay out of proportion. It stinks it's not in my hands tomorrow but will it sell any less? Nope. Will it change review scores? Nope. In fact, it might make more sales in the long run with the free press.
I'm surprised people haven't dreamed up some absurd theory that Sony did this intentionally to drum up free press in hopes of increasing sales.

To all the people whining about freedom of speech, please get a clue. That only applies if the government tries to tell you what you can or cannot say. "Congress shall make no law" is the key part, not "N4G shall make no law". N4G can moderate ANY message on THEIR server so quit crying about free speech.
I called my local GameStop, he said they plan on doing a midnight sale on Monday but seemed clueless when I said I read online that it got delayed. I guess I'll find out on Monday, but most likely will pick it up on Tuesday.

I wouldn't exactly call this "extremely slim". Mind you, this is just one private torrent site. But, multiply it by a few dozen private sites plus a hundred public torrent sites. This can't exactly make MS/developers happy.

Only difference I saw was the 360 was brighter, hard to say if adjustments on the TV, in-game would have made them identical. Otherwise, I saw no differences, then again, I never broke out the magnifying glass.

I think some of these writers somehow equate delaying a video game (let's repeat that, VIDEO GAME) 1 week is similar to rations being sent to a 3rd world country that do not arrive on schedule. Seriously, no one will suffer or perish if a game is released a week later. Keep making free press, Sony thanks you.
