This reads like a press release.I'm starting to think some of these little sites I've never heard of are not real and are PR vehicles.
They are more beta test than most.Resistance and Uncharted are not demos with loads still to do and they are really early.Unlike some Halo or Gears "beta",that are pure demo and hype generators.
The best selling console this year(globally) is PS3 AND it's the most expensive.There goes that theory.

Can anyone tell me if Sony had more devs on PSone than MS have now?I'm guessing they did.They now have about 23 or 24 and MS have 7 or so(after 2 generations).
Sony make new IP(more this gen than the other 2 combined)and support risky games that may not profit(Heavy Rain,Last Guardian,Flower,Little Big Planet etc).
MS continue to be conservative,greedy(Live)basta rds that offer little themselves.Problem is,lots of mugs still think they are the best.
Still the same god awful idea with the same basic crappy gameplay of jumping and waving.

This is what Sony does so well.They give their devs freedom to make the games they want to,provide loads of support and even if commercial success is not huge,continue to support new ideas.
Why is it that Sony gets almost no credit from the industry or games journalism for being the only 1st party to keep making new IP?
I don't think people realise how good Sony 1st party are,especially the people that say they have no interest in Sony games but don't ever play them.
I have plenty of respect for Braben,but that may be the biggest loads of bollocks from an intelligent brit since Molyneux last opened his mouth.
Nintendo have the most over rated games this gen,that's true.
SMG 1 and 2 are a big load of 7/10.They are good in places but the reviewers had special goggles on when playing those games.Not only were the scores laughable but some of the things written about the games border on outright insanity.
Why are you a gamer?
PS3 has the best and most diverse library of games.
360 has about 3 major exclusives rolled out again and again.

If you are going to have a go at Sony for not launching new IP,I'd check that out of all those sequels 5 of them aren't new to this gen.
Sony have launched more new IP this gen than the other 2 combined and do so every generation.
They really never get any credit.

I don't understand why the industry/journalists keep trying to help cause the downfall of dedicated gaming systems and potential revenue schemes.They all say they love the system so why aren't they helping to raise it's profile and sing it's praises.
Have they ever used a mobile for actual gaming.They are awful.
I've played on quite a few,including the "big" ones and they are NO substitute for a proper gaming system,with proper controls.

I give Ninty credit when they invent something and MS with Live and Achievements but Sony do something first and 5 years later history gets rewritten and they have copied it.

The Vita screen is superior by miles.
The Vita has a huge chunk of it's own processing.
The vita has more control options and superior touchscreen.
Sony had more devs working on both systems having more total devs than Nintendo and MS put together.
Figures don't lie.The gap from year one is being eroded at a rate of about 1.6-1.8 million a year in favour of ps3.The 360 IS the slowest selling console this gen.The year advantage was 16 months in EU too.
